Dunkin'

So I gave five stars because the food is really good, especially the coffee. Now the service I gave that a four star because sometimes you have nice people working and sometimes not. The atmosphere is really good and can't complain there.

The two cashiers were very bubbly and nice. They made 4 coffees and we enjoyed them all. We purchased donuts in the afternoon and they were still soft.

I routinely visit all of the Dunkin’s in the greater Reading area, and in my opinion, this is the best one! They are polite, and service is fast. My orders are always out within minutes. They’re consistently hot, high quality, and exactly as ordered. The building is always clean. I’m often in a hurry, and on average, I’m in and out with a sandwich, a latte, and another side item within 4 minutes!

Last night, I came in here 5 minutes before closing after staying later than expected with my family. I asked for an iced latte, but they had already started the cleaning process on the machine (understandable). The really sweet girl (with super pretty nails btw) told me they still had cold brew, so I went with that! She gave me a really well made cold brew and said she put in light ice so I'd have more caffeine for my way home! <3 Sweetest thing! This location seemed very clean and the employees were so nice! Glad they're open an hour later than anywhere else!

I never really write reviews but this Dunkin donut location always makes my day. They are always so nice. And if they a busy and forget something they always correct it with no attitude and with kindness. Love going here any chance I get.

Lately, this Dunkin has been doing excellent, as far as customer service and food preparation. 👏 I love coming here.

Best Dunkin’ in Reading. My coffee is always good and the sandwiches are made with love. The Dunkin off 222 gave me half cooked bacon with no flavor, and the Dunkin on 61 apparently doesn’t know how to work the kitchen. This Dunkin is the only one I will go to.

Place is very clean. Employee are fast, polite,and friendly. My First Time ever here. And was impressed. By the way, Coffee and food was good too.

Staff .always pleasant as opposed to the 600 block of penn..dingy ghetto..store! This store hasnt messed up any of my orders and the coffee taste way better & $ cheaper.staff look happy in they're enviroment.

This place has the best customer service than any other Dunking Donuts in reading area. No matter who's behind the counter. This is legit my favorite Dunkin period!!!

Dunkin' Donuts on 5 St. highway in Reading is the BEST !!!! Even thoughI live right behind the new one that opened up on Rt. 61 in Muhlenberg Twp. I'd sooner make the trip out to 5th. St. The new one has VERY lacadaisical service & seldom gets orders right, plus the design of the driveway turn is quite awkward.Don't go if it's raining - the overhang @ the window will drench you, big time ! STILL waiting for some kind of privacy fence to block the order light that's lit 24 hrs. a day & shines in residents' windows. EVERYONE @ 5th. St. is courteous & service is speedy - never had any problems there. Someone should look into these issues @ the new place.

Great muffins donuts are amazing. Coffee is not bad. Small indoor area however it does have a restroom. They do serve breakfast sandwiches and hash browns.

The best place to get your morning coffee!! Love going in there especially when the remember your order and it's all ready by the time you check out...They provide excellent customer service..

PK is awesome! I love this store because even though I moved away and go to a different dunkin normally, Everytime I come to this store Pk knows my order
