Well I believe in 2nd chances. My 1st experience at j.crew opry was horrible.
I needed some additional items for my son's birthday photo shoot. So u decided to step in to see what they had for kids. Christy greeted me so polite and cheerful. She helped me pick out a Oxford for my son. I loved the service so much I returned the same night and purchased my items. The entire team was polite great service.

Jasmine Collier was a crew member that went above and beyond in helping my wife and I find the prefect items for our trip to Greece she exemplifies customer service and serve e excellence please she is the type of staff member you want training or managing others.

Although I didn’t purchase a blazer here, the lady who helped me was great. She put some looks together, brought me several other things when something didn’t work, and most importantly, she greeted me when I entered the store.
