Let me start by saying that this business gets a 10/10 from me! The levels of professionalism and kindness are UNMATCHED!!! Never have I ever frequented a business and NEVER experienced- even one time that I wasn’t greeted warmly and very well taken care of! Jalen and Diana always ask about my family, they are pleasant and knowledgeable and I am completely confident that they can and will go above and beyond to ensure that I remain a customer! Every aspect of what you would expect to handle at this UPS Store is done so with my time and busy lifestyle considered! Shipping, shredding, mail servicing, and so much more is done with the utmost respect and care. I am a grateful customer!!

I always have an outstanding experience at this store! From start to finish, Jalen and Diana always provide exceptional service. They are incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly anytime I visit. Whether it was assisting with packaging, shipping, or answering my questions, they go above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I leave feeling confident that my items are in good hands. The whole team is great!

This store is always very friendly, quick and very efficient. They are my go to. I would rather spend a little more than have to deal with the USPS.

Diana was my associate today and she went above and beyond making my copies, notarizing and making sure I got my papers sent out in the best packaging with quickest turnaround.

Hands down the best UPS Store in DFW.
The employees are helpful and kind, always willing to scan my package, unlike 3 other UPS stores in the area that I’ve had experience with.
I mainly interact with Diana and Jalen, they are both excellent at their job and always offer a great customer experience.

Trustworthy location that you know will take care of your packages…my kids and I love this location because Jalen, Diana & all the staff greet with a smile and helpful manner. And they have candy for the kids - that is a bonus! Thank you to each of your team members

If you care about what you are shipping and it needs special attention. This UPS store 4857 is the place to go!! I found them to go beyond that extra step. I spoke with Jose' and he could not have been nicer or caring. I ship valuable glass and I knew as soon as I spoke to him I had picked the right place. He listens and gives great advice.
