Ordered a ping-pong table online for pick up and the process was very smooth. The workers were so nice and helped load it up. Also, an employee named Madi was so sweet and helpful!! Definitely recommend this Academy

I finally found the color Stanley that I have been searching for! So excited that I ordered two! When I got the notification that my order was ready for pickup, I drove over an hour to pick it up. When I got there, they only had one of the two I ordered. Two managers helped rectify the mishap and I left happy! Not only did they price match a 40oz for the 30oz that I ordered, but they gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. I didn’t catch both names of the managers that helped me but Dane was one of them and they were both so helpful!!

They had some super sweet clearance specials, kids in back/adults in the front, with a few items from the side mixed in. Everything else was also well stocked with great selection. Service was great and restrooms were clean.

Came in for some shoes right before closing. I was able to get them quickly and head out to the gym. Great customer services

I bought pool salt online from Academy about two weeks ago. It was $5.99 for a 40 pound bag which is a great deal. Unfortunately, buyers are limited to one bag per day, so I bought one the evening before and a second the next morning and got two bags. This was all through the app on my phone. The I requested curb side pick up so a very helpful employee brought the eighty pounds of salt out to my car. Of course this was two separate orders so he had to go back in to get the second bag. I considered giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because of the one bag limit, but really it wasn’t that much of a problem, as I only really needed two. Still, I would have bought more if I could. Recommended.

The place is great and has a ok collection. The only thing is they don’t have a wide variety. Things are so also mixed up; sorting stuff will definitely help.

Ordered a LARGE safe, and even with it being Black Friday that we picked it up, everyone was very nice and helpful! Always a great Academy to come to!

Went in for a new pair of shoes late and Victor helped me and my partner so much, he helped us not only find the right size but also gave us great recommendations! He was very nice and will try to come to this location from now on

Also... sam's was selling their 10x10 canopy for 200 and they have them for 50 to 100. I bought the 100 dollar push button pop up.

I started shopping here last year. I remember each time I visited an employee remembered me and would engage in conversation. She always complimented me and inquired about the cologne I selected.

Yesterday, July 10, 2022, I purchased a weight set. The employees were helpful and carried my item to my vehicle. I greatly appreciate the help.

My favorite store chain in the United States. It is a pity how some brands are suffering in front of the online sales. While is good the latter, still is to be missed the feeling of walking around the aisles and touch with your own hands the stuff before buying it.

We are obsessed with Academy sports - they consistently over deliver service like earlier than expected deliveries, lots of coupons (like $10 off $50, and $50 off), excellent customer service (shout out to Larry in Grapevine), and a huge selection of products. We frequently order online and either have delivered to store or shipped to home, and whenever we've been unhappy with a purchase the exchange/return process has been super easy.

I have been going here for years and have never had an issue. The store is always clean, even their shoe section is neat and organized. Staff is very nice as well
