Yes. My first time at Jeni's and it was great!! In definitely going back. I will need to bring my own toppings because it's not that kind of place, but it's okay because their ice cream is legit.

I had 3 flavors, some special chocolate kinda like rocky road...honey vanilla bean, and a bramble berry crunch. All tucked inside of a waffle cone-bowl. Very nice touch with the bowl. It's different. Taste good too. I heard it was made fresh at the shop!!

The atmosphere was dope and the service was friendly. They walked us through some of the choices since it was out first time. Took care of us quickly and with a smile.

I'll be back! It was worth the trip. Glad I don't have to go to Columbus just to get the Jeni 's experience!! 💯🥰🍦🍨

Yesterday, I visited Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream in Chagrin Falls. The shop is very cute, and the ice cream is unique and incredibly flavorful. I ordered two scoops of the Goat Cheese with Red Cherries and the Rainbow Frozen Yogurt. Both flavors were amazing, and I'll be sure to return to try more!

Amazing delicious stupendous 15/10 ice cream. So many unique favors to choose from. Super nice team members. Very cute vibe inside. Kinda pricey for the amount you get but worth it.

The salted peanut butter with chocolate flecks is so good! Plus it smells amazing when you walk in. And they give you a waffle cone piece with your ice cream.

I absolutely love Jeni’s. My personal favorite is the dark chocolate peppermint, which is seasonal. It never disappoints. The other ice cream pictured is cookies and cream and was also delicious. It’s located in the charming downtown of Chagrin Falls. It’s the perfect way to end a trip to the area.

The best ice cream🍨 outside of cleveland is 𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐢'𝐬 𝐒𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝. I usually get the gooey butter cake, brown butter almond brittle or bramble berry crisp. Quality, delish, can’t miss 😮‍💨 🙌🏾🙌🏾

Decadent ice cream made with high quality ingredients. Brambleberry crisp is a personal favorite, but you really can’t go wrong.

I had a great experience here! The ice cream was fine, it's ice cream, but the service was amazing! I was served by a girl named Lauren. She was amazing!! She was super helpful explaining the flavors (did you know they use spirulina for the color in the mint chocolate flavor) and was a great scooper! The scoops were perfectly sized! I would definitely recommend you take a trip to Jeni's if you're ever in Chagrin!

What a wonderful ice cream shoppe. The Wildberry Lavender was so smooth and my grandson had a dairy free Chocolate Texas Sheetcake flavor that he loved. Be sure to read the napkins. Best ice cream in Chagrin Falls and NE Ohio.

One of my favorite ice cream shop ever! Their flavors are amazing, even the basic ones are so good! It’s a must stop if in Cleveland! And what a lovely location by the Falls to enjoy the ice cream!

Lots of super good ice cream in a clean little shop. Super awesome staff. You can even try any of the ice cream flavors before you buy a whole dish. As an added bonus, the chain is very environmentally conscious, and uses mostly recyclable or compostable materials.

Got to try Jeni's for the first time today! I had three different flavors and they were all very good! The place is super cute and clean as well.

Amazing as always. Got a standard with goat cheese & red cherries and darkest chocolate in a waffle cone. Employees all wearing masks and hand sanitizer was available. Very clean and friendly. 100% would recommend.

Workers there today were super friendly! Sampled a bunch and ended up getting a bunch to go. I got the pop tart brown cinnamon sugar (no pints in store but she put 3 scoops in a bowl with a lid) wedding cake, the peach one and lavender. Love this spot and I’ll always be a fan! When I pop in, there’s always something new to try!
