I've read reviews about service being slow and it can be from time to time. Usually due to customers taking FOREVER to order! If you know what you want it goes smoothly. If they forget(And they are human) if you remind them they get right on it. Danny, Meghan, and Jonis are the best!

As a former barista, some of the people complaining in these reviews need to get a grip. It’s clear they’ve never worked in a coffee shop before. Of course there’s a rush! The cashiers and baristas are doing everything they can.

That being said, the employees I encountered handled it with a really good attitude and still have really good service! I had a really hard day at work, so I really needed to unwind, and with these employees that was really easy to do! Definitely will be back :)

Very nice Starbucks, and I loved the holiday drinks. Atmosphere is nice and cashier is so funny

I think this store is amazing. When I walked in it was very busy but I could see that all of the baristas were working extremely hard. Everyone was so nice to me while I was there and when I received my coffee it was hot and so was my food. I ended up staying because I had to complete some work and I was able to get a refill of my coffee and the barista even brought it to me! The barista Ellie was such an amazing person and she made my experience that much better. Even when they weren’t busy everyone was moving with a purpose either cleaning or stocking to get ready for the next rush. I cannot recommend a better Starbucks.

An enjoyable Christmas Day visit. Despite having to work on a holiday, the Baristas were nice and service was quick. Still getting used to the Clover coffee brewer. An excellent experience.

Just went in to order a venti oatmilk hot cocoa (double pump). Friendly employee, good customer service, quick, and my son I ordered it for loved it. I usually go to different location because it's closer, but happy I stopped here because they were great.

Great service. This place is often very busy but they do their best and always get things out in a reasonable time, and greet everyone with a smile.

They make THE best concoctions! You give them a formula and they master it. Also, they saved my kitten from a tree.

This is my first time trying STARBUCKS yeah in 2023. My experience was amazing!! Michelle really made me feel comfortable because I was a little embarrassed and nervous that it was my first time. She recommended what I should try for first time and what to try on my next visit. I got the VT Crml Crnch Frap let me tell you I like it😍. Thank you Michelle I’m very grateful.

I wasn't sure what to get to drink for the new fall menu and Michelle (the store manager, it turns out) was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. She made a spectacular recommendation and was so friendly. Will definitely be back!

Staff is as good as it gets! They do a great job remembering names of those that come in often, even once a week. You can notice this when you see many of the customers stopping to talk to the staff. Seeing senior management jump up to help in long lines goes a ways for me as well.

Staffs are friendly atmosphere is very friendly as well and the service is fast and they’re very organized

Alean, the girl working the front was so nice & helpful. I don’t go to Starbucks often so I felt silly explaining what I needed, I wasn’t prepared at all and she helped me and made me feel comfortable. Wonderful personality. Thank you!!

Very busy location when I went. No drive thru, but they were very efficient with getting in store as well as online orders made quickly!

Overall, it's a good store .just better pre-order your coffee 20 min ahead .they stay busy .if you in a hurry go somewhere else. Or pre-order.. Food is iffy, but it's microwave reheated stuff, so what can you expect

Great place to get good coffee quickly. However if you want to sit and talk there's not a lot of seating inside.
