Mr. Hero

Came here to eat today, and I gotta say that the staff and food here is amazing. The cashier, I believe her name is Joyce, was smiling and very professional, not to mention, my Roman burger was hot and delicious & The dining room was very clean. I will definitely be returning to this store.

Very good food but service could be better they always forget stuff then I have to come back

I live in New York, and we don't have Mr. Heroes there so it's a pleasure when I come to Ohio to give me a couple Roman burgers. Love them

Always have a great experience at this restaurant. Food is always fresh and good. Tried the chicken bacon ranch sub for the first time and it was delicious. Employees are always friendly whenever you walk in, and of course romanburger is the favorite

This is one of my favorite places to grab dinner on the fly. I stopped by today and they were quick to get my meal and get me back on the road. I always get a Roman burger with their waffle fries. It's high in calories but absolutely delicious.

Was fast and friendly. Had a bit of sticker shock. Regular Roman. Fried mushrooms and a pop was 20 bucks.
But it was good and freshly made

The meal was perfect hot and plentiful and everything ordered was there.. one of the best take out experience so far

Mr Hero has really amazing sandwich selection. You do have to wait because the food is made when you order but it is worth it. It is worth the money to get the cheese sauce for the waffle fries.

While I don't go here often, when I do it is always clean and they are nice and professional. The food is made when you order so you wait a few minutes but it us fresh and hot!

I wish Mr Hero was in Lexington, SC. The romanburger can't be compared to other hamburgers and I have to go here several times when I visit. The Willowick store is the best place for good service.

I ordered a Romanburger. It was good. This location on Vine Street in Willowick made the sandwich nice and neat. Nice, large shop with plenty of tables to eat in.

The restaurant was very clean. One worker was washing the floor which looked clean before he washed it. The girl who took my order was very friendly. Food prepared wonderfully.

i love this place! good food , fast service, and the workers bust their butts whenever i come in. i reccommend this mr hero to anyone. roman burger is the best!!!

Food is great. The lady taking care of us at the register seemed as though she didn't want to be there, kinda short with us.

I love mr. Hero Roman Burger it is the best sandwich of all time. But every mr. Hero should have A1 steak sauce in the store just like they did at Edgewood mr. Hero.

Always a great meal... dont go right before they close though... they ready to go by then... nothing wrong with service or food... they just ready to go.

Terrific staff. Young lady at the counter was very friendly and fun to chat with! And the Roman burger was perfect!
