Starbucks

I was really excited when I found out Starbucks was opening in Willowick because it’s so close to me and I am able to grab my coffee before I go to work. I go to Starbucks every single morning (even on weekends) and I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and they make me feel welcome. Everyone there is super nice and I look forward to seeing everybody and that’s why I continue to spend my money there. The grilled cheese sandwiches and cake pops are also my go to. Amazing! My favorite barista is Dominick because he really pays attention to detail and is so personable. He’s friendly and has even memorized my drink so when my husband goes through the drive thru he doesn’t have a problem with ordering. Dominick really knows how to make a drink to perfection too! I am able to tell on first sip if he made it or not. Naylla is also super sweet and adorable. She is so down to earth and attentive to make sure my order is always right. Those two are the real reason why I go there. They both create a warm and inviting atmosphere and genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to make your day better. I don’t know what I’d do if they weren’t there.

I got the breakfast wrap & caramel frap. The drink is delicious & the wrap was hot. Service was quick & the young lady at the window was very nice. Will come back to this location when I want Starbucks👍

This is a very small Starbucks, but they have a drive-through, and I have always received good service here.

Salem was great. I had a long shift at work and was about 50 cents short. I was going to run out to my car to get some extra change and he told me it was no worries and paid for the rest of my order. Definitely some of the best customer service I’ve received recently! Really great employee!!

Employees are always helpful in making decisions that sometimes I can't. For instance I'm not sure what to eat and they are most helpful.

When I came in to order cake pops, I realized I left my wallet at home! Explaining this to a worker (I believe her name was Kate!), told me not to worry and pulled out her wallet, paying for the cake pops and handing them to me. I was so shocked, but so grateful. It definitely saved me the time and hassle, thanks so much!

Enjoyed a holiday drink and breakfast danish this week. I ordered via the mobile app. I pulled up to the menu, the associate was very nice. I was out of the line within 4 minutes. When I arrived there was 5 cars in the line including mine! Great service, yummy products! Would absolutely recommend and will be back.

The staff is the best I love those guys and they make the best drinks

Ordered around 2:30-3pm; no wait in drive through. Caramel Frappuccinos made fast and tasted fantastic. Staff was pleasant.
