McDonald's

It was the dinner rush at the drive-thru and the line kept steadily moving. Took about 10 minutes.

Responsive and friendly service. Restaurant much cleaner than neighboring fast food. Decor recently updated, tastefully yet informal.

Service was good, though slow. They were friendly and working hard to get orders out. Apologized for the wait and explained why it took longer than normal. This is why I didn't drop my rating.

The general manager called me a femboy furry... 10/10 would come again

Even with the extreme long line for the Halloween pails. The workers were still very kind. Even though I had a large order for me and my kids the food was still perfect.

Had to park at the top of the hill it was crowded being the first really warm day. Playground was full but the wilderness walk was as amazing as usual. Took the west cascade trail which went along the top of the gorge giving amazing views.

This location has absolutely the best customer service. I was a little peeved today when I bought my son a mighty kids meal and discovered they are now giving the tiny sized drink and tiny sized fries instead of the regular small size. The price is the same you now just get 2/3 of the food. I guess my 6 year old needs to upgrade to the adult meal and I'll have to buy the toy separate. What a shame.

This place rocks.
Speedy drive thru service people are always polite.
The McDonald's on E. 222 and Euclid could learn a great deal from these guys as it takes 10 minutes to get through r hat drive thru anytime of the day.

In a rush, so we decided to pick up a couple of breakfast sandwiches. To make things even faster and beat the morning rush of customers, I ordered via the McApp. The service was quick and it felt like a cut the line as the food came out quickly. Both the McGriddle and Sausage Biscuit were fresh and good. Kudos to the staff who were working quickly and accurately.

A longer line but its not to bad inside. They always have the morning menu food I like even a few minutes before breakfast is over. No issues with them except for its a bit weird pulling out since they are at a intersection.

There are 2 drive-thru lines. The service was fast, friendly and the order was correct. The food was fresh.

Normally wrapped around dinner time but I've never waited longer then 15 minutes, got a wrong order or spoiled food. Overall a better McDonald's

This McDonalds is a wonderful place to consume food and socialize with dining companions. Since it's McDonalds, the prices are much cheaper than other restaurants. I sometimes go here for breakfast on Sundays after Church.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Once, I inadvertantly spilled hot coffee on the floor, and an associate promptly cleaned it up and gave me a replacement at no charge. The staff also made sure that I was not injured, while refusing to admit fault. This was wise in case I wanted to pursue legal action. The restaurant is always kept clean.

I love McDonald. Especially breakfast time, I think we need another one closer to 260th especially like this time when only drive thru is open, everyone doesn't have a car. I love that McDonald's have deals, the large fries, the coffee, and others please keep that going.thanks LE

Food was good however service was slow.

This being my new local McDonald's I'm impressed I'm happy with it... They even have the fabled third window for the drive-thru. hey at the first window if they're busy pull up from the second window to the third window which is right by the front door so they don't have to come outside to get your food

I was on my way to work and I wanted something to eat. Rita helped me she did a very good job. She was extremely professional. Rita needs to be recognized in the company

I just missed breakfast by 5 minutes I wish the Willowick McDonald's would have breakfast until 11:00 instead of 10:30

I just bounced in for a quick breakfast and I was not let down. It was a cold windy morning with occasional blasts of rain. The food was excellent and the people who work there were fast, friendly and efficient. Just what I needed!!!

This place is clean fast a rarely extremely busy. I eat here often, usually ordering fish fillet sandwiches, which are always satisfactory.
