Dunkin'

Very good service for the morning crew. Had a pretty large order for a 5:30 pickup that they were able to finish very fast. All had smiles on their faces and really felt meaningful when they told me to have a good day. I’d go here a million times if I could!

Had the breakfast taco and it was so good I didn't get a picture of it. Trust when I tell ya because I don't lie to spare feelings. If it wasn't good, I'd tell ya. The hash browns need not be discussed because they are ALWAYS on point. They are the best out there. The cashier was nice and the guy who brought our food out was even nicer. Overall the Vine Street (Lake County) location is 5* when it comes to overall experience. Visit them...you will thank me later.

Great Customer service. Food was really really gewd. I stopped in at 6:30am. Manager was really welcoming. Might be a family owned franchise.

This Dunkin sets itself apart from the other locations in the area because of its workers. They have great personalities and the care they have for their customers really shows. They run their store efficiently and always do the job right, super impressed of the team there!

I've been going to the Willowick DD daily since it opened. Nothing but good things to say! Great management, friendly staff, and the coffee always tastes the same with no complaints. Wait no, I do have 1 complaint.... The tight turning radius pulling back onto Vine street after leaving the drive through. Definitely not full size truck friendly.

The food was fresh. I bought 3 turkey sausage with egg croissants. I also bought donuts. At 230pm in the afternoon, the donuts were fresh and there were STILL alot of flavors available.

This is an extremely popular drive thru. I ride along with my daughter. She loves the coffee and of course, the donuts for my grandson. The line is usually long but it moves efficiently. You can order ahead and the service is friendly. 😊👍

Drive thru can be a bit slow and very crowded at times as this location seems to be very popular. Overall a good location. Has free Wi-Fi too.

My original experience with this location his was not good.

But the many times I've been there since the person of the window, who was the manager in most cases, was fabulous. I had mentioned that I would like to get regular bacon for my dog instead of the maple sweetened bacon in their bacon snack and she said she was substitute regular bacon. The bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps are delicious (as both myself and my grandson will testify to). The wraps have always been fresh and the customer service has been incredible!

Excellent service and food/drink. I have heard a lot of people complain that their orders were messed up or the food was bad, but having gone here at least 20 times in the past 5 months I can confidently say that not once has my order been incorrect or poorly made

They made my coffee perfectly which is very rare. The cashier was very friendly and politely chattes while we waited for our order. Small hiccups but thats to be expected for a newly opened location. I look forward to being able to go there again! Very much reccomended!

Although I am admittedly not a regular at Dunkin. I am always happy to see a new business on Vine Street. I have been in a couple of times now. I have gotten exactly what I ordered in a very timely fashion. I particularly enjoy the Chocolate Munchkins.

I have ordered my normal coffee over 500 times and it has been made properly by Dunkins nation wide less than 10 times. Happy to say this new establishment added to the count of properly made coffees. A couple of hiccups with change and not knowing if we recieved all of our food yet. These are to be expected with a brand new building and overall very impressed.

My go to on most mornings. Line is always long but it's worth the wait. Service and food/ drinks always delicious!

The coffee here is On Tap and let me tell you, it makes a difference! It is so much better. The staff is always sweet and efficient! My go-to Dunkin! I'll drive extra to go to this one.

I have always been a Dunkin’ girl! Ever since this new one opened up in Willowick, every order has been correct, hot, and tasty! Thank you! All staff has been so friendly!

They are so kind and super fast! I've been avoiding in the morning because the line is deep, usually with cars waiting on vine street

I visit Dunkin donuts at least once A-day. All the employees and management is fantastic. They call me by name I love this location.
