I couldn’t have been more pleased with the professional and courteous assistance I received from Simon Graves at Duvall Automotive! I was simply going to take a look at the Trailblazers and other vehicles they had available and wasn’t expecting or planning to buy right away. Thankfully Simon appeared to assist me and had a Toyota Highlander that hadn’t even been placed on the lot yet, which was the silver color I wanted and gorgeous! I wasn’t expecting such kind and respectful professionalism but I am very grateful to Simon for his help and patience in finding the right vehicle for me! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Duval and ask for Simon Graves!

Simon knew I needed a vehicle. I gave him what I want/didn't want/absolutely needed in one, and within minutes he knew what I would like. Through no fault of his, the vehicle didn't work out, so yesterday, I went in. Told him what was going on. I had to go to work and told him that I would meet him on my break along with my fiancee. He told me he would have a few options. Within minutes of us getting there, we were test driving a beautiful Ford Explorer. My fiancee pointed out a couple of issues, which were being taken care of. He knew I had to get back to work, so all of the docs that needed signed were able to be done online.

Simon is the epitome of a great sales person. He listens, he knows the inventory, and he isn't pushy!!! There is a reason he is sales person of the month, and in my book, sales person of the year.

When I'm ready to buy my next car, I 100 percent plan to buy from Simon. He is really an awesome salesman. Besides, you do NOT want to see this sad face if you go to another dealership...
