Great first visit with Jasmine showing specific product items and brands for my needs. I requested some samples to try out and was given generously with a mini bag. Her knowledge on peeling and glowing skin was on point. Couldn’t have a better experience.

For my personal beauty needs, I prefer Blue Mercury over Sephora

I came into Blue Mercury for the first time in search of a red lipstick and left with so much more. The sales associate Jasmine was perfect. Not only was it refreshing to have someone so poised and complimentary, but she was so at ease in the midst of my indecisive nervous tendencies she helped me learn how to do all of my makeup! I have never been more pleased with a make up purchase experience.

Bridget is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, very In tune with what my wants and needs were. Showed me additional products but not too many. All the while helping me she managed to deliver great service to the other guests in the store.

I walked in to buy a foundation. I had gotten a sample from another store and I knew what shade I needed. Before I could even tell her what shade I needed she took one look at me and picked up the shade I came in to buy. Great customer service and received more samples with my purchase than any other retailer usually gives. This was my first time shopping there as I normally go to other stores but they will definitely be getting more of my business now!

I could only shop here for a few minutes while I was waiting for some friends, but the sales assistant was amazing. I wish I remembered her name but she had beautiful, glowing tanned skin and long thick hair. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. I didn't get to make a purchase that day but I wish I could give this store my business because I walked out with some great samples that I plan on purchasing. I mentioned that the sales assistants that I've encountered in DC where I currently live are hit or miss. (Rockville location: awful. Bethesda Row location: great) But this store in Southlake was the best experience I've had thus far. Experiences like this are the reason why I like to stop in-store vs. online. Highly recommend.

Placed a curbside pickup but ended up walking in the store. Jasmine was helpful, knowledgeable and so sweet. She took the time to explain a few products to me. I will definitely go back!
