I had a wonderful experience with Tali, the ASL. She traded in my digital PS5 and got me a disc one [pre-owned even!]. She had a great attitude and she was super helpful! She even had a pre-owned copy of Final Fantasy XVI! This was one of the best experiences I had at this store in a long time!

My 1st time in GameStop and I was really impressed! I’m all about excellent customer service, and happy to report I got it from Ethan the manager and another staff member last Friday. I really liked the organization of the store and selection. I got all my questions answered by Ethan and the other employee (didn’t get his name), and they were both patient and knowledgeable about the products.
Thanks for making great customer service a priority at this store! It makes all the difference if I’m a repeat customer :)

I see some reviews about people getting robbed at gamestop, I've never had that experience. Every time I trade in I'm fine with what I get, I just kind of figured that it would be based on the stock they had and how many people wanted to buy that item. Plus it's really just convenient for me, I know I could get more online but never have the time. A++ to everyone who work there, especially a helpful employee named Ismael and the manager chance. Great service

Great selection of video games, my trade in's were above fair, I even got an extra coupon for 10 bucks. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable on their business, have great game recommendations, not just the fancy and most recent games, but old school, they even helped me to find an old title not sold anymore on regular retail on a secondary market store around.

I go here just to randomly check what item/s to buy and I always ended up getting one from the clearance section.

A nice place to get games, I don't know the staff that well as they switch by the time I go in since I only go in about twice a year. Overall, it's a nice place to get in and out real quick. The people are generally pretty helpful and knowledgeable with games and such. I'll definitely go back when another big release comes out, definitely a nice place to visit.

This GameStop just got a new manager and I'm super impressed. I came in today with a tough problem and he solved it with patience and a smile. Definitely coming back.

Great place people actual know what they are talking about at this place. Had great answers for EVERY question we asked. And even gave us a heads up on upcoming preorders and orders we have currently pre ordered. All around great service and store.

Very helpful! We were looking for certain amiibos here and they informed us well on how they work and where to get them. Also were happy to tell us the prices of used systems in stock.

Small but nice staff good clearance items too

I'm up here every now and again. In an age of digital downloading its always nice to go in and talk to the staff about games. Always friendly and helpful willing to help you find anything you need even if its not at their store.

As usual, great service. Had to bring back the kids Xbox1, it kept saying it couldn't read discs. Thank goodness I purchased the additional Game stop warranty. Boom, in, out in 15 minutes. If I didnt have the additional Gamestop warranty, I would have had to ship it to Microsoft.

Gavin helped us get our membership renewed and is always helpful. He and chance is why we continue to come back

Sam is the best. She's so bubbly and easy to talk to. Always a good experience when I am able to speak with her.
