I’m giving them five stars because they had crawfish that were perfectly seasoned! Also, since crawfish prices are so exorbitant during this time, I was pleasantly surprised that they were on the buffet.

We just love our local hardware store! Shop locally owned and operated in River Ridge. There is someone always there to help you. Can’t get help like this at a big box store!!! Clean and cool store. Must shop here 1st.

I've been a customer here since 1988 and have always been greeted by store employees. At the large retail orange and blue stores you are on your own as the workers are looking at their phones, texting, and not willing to help if what you are needing isn't their department. I will always shop at Louies.

Good selection of items to choose from and close to the house. Great staff as well to help find what you need.

I have been going to ace hardware all my adult life. Ten times better than any big box store. Great people and service. If you are looking for something they bring you to it no looking by yourself. BEST SERVICE ANYWHERE

Great, local hardware store. While it appears small, it’s well stocked: There’s way more in here than one would think. Recommend stopping here before going to the big box store—I can almost guarantee they have what you need. Prices are very, very reasonable and staff is friendly.

Anytime I have ever gone in there. They always know what I need and tell me how to fix it.

Went to find a particular screw for a office chair that was bought from Walmart, one of the screws would not catch. Had to get a longer screw. They were so nice, found exactly the size I needed. The staff was courteous and professional. I highly recommend if you are looking for personal attention and help with any DIY, go there. They will help with a friendly smile.

I had forgotten my wallet to pay for my items. The store owner is so kind... She told me to take the items, and come back when I'm in the area to complete the purchase!

The amount of stuff packed I to this little place is amazing. They've managed to get all the odds and ends that you would need without having to travel to Home Depot or Lowes. The lady who assisted me appeared to have the store memorized like you would your home. This was my first time here and trust I'll be back. Hardware stores beat the big box stores every day on service and that where this Ace shines. Stop by if in the area, it's worth it.

Best place for all your needs. Professional help been there at least 50 years. They got from heaters to Plumbing flea sprays fishing nets locks door locks everything cheap is cheapest Home Depot Walmart got everything. In and out is my favorite. You can't beat this place for anything you need as far as Hardware. Been going there since I've been a kid.

I drive past one hardware store and two big box stores to get to river ridge hardware store.I do not live in close vicinity of this store compared to most of the customers but I do come..Why because of the well stocked inventory,knowledge of projects,quick and quality service of the entire staff and a always a 'hello how are you doing and it's real ..thank you Elaine,Paul and crew....ps thanks for always having my size a/c filter! 14x30.

This Ace Hardware Store is operated by the friendliest and most knowledgeable people. Anything you could possibly need, they have. Prices are comprable to Home Depot and Lowe's, but with the added advantage that you can buy 1 screw instead of a hundred. They will find the right products for your project or repair. This is my go-to hardware store.

The owner and help,are awesome. It's a place to go to that they can help you right away with friendly attitude. I would go there befor Lowe,s or Home Depot.
