AT&T Store

I went to AT&T a few days ago I was have trouble with my service on my phone.
I talk to a guy by the name of Preston a respectable young dude. He was patient with me as I didn’t know too much about my phone but he gave me a new SIM card and had me turn my phone on an off and I have had any trouble since thank you Preston!

Been having issues trying to get into my account and get upgrades I have went to two different stores already and have been turned away. Tried my luck again and was greeted by Joseph hands down the best sales rep from AT&T…walked out the store with my brand new upgrade and added line on top of him fixing my account. This will be my go to store from here on out.

Preston and Mikey were absolutely fantastic very professional I will definitely be coming back to this location and only this one thank you guys made my day :)

I stopped by Dobson Ranch location and after being denied at other locations Joseph was able to get me approved with no down payment! Awesome customer service at this location!

Joseph is an amazing sales representative! We traded in our old phones for the new iPhone 13 and transferred our services from our past providers to AT&T. I’ve been extremely happy with their service! Joseph’s customer service is above and beyond. He’s very friendly, honest, and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions and he hooked us up with some really good deals. Thanks Joseph!

My husband and I are new and we came here for help. Seth & Mary were above and beyond. They both have the best customer service and so much patience, they helped us get what we wanted and we couldn’t be more grateful. Definitely a great store with awesome workers that provide amazing service, i’m so thankful for that! It’s hard finding good customer service now a days.. Thank you guys so much.

Jayce was super helpful and able to get me in right away to help me switch over from Sprint to AT&T! I walked out super happy with my new phone, case and screen protector and the best deal! Max and Kyle helped out a long the way as well and were super helpful made sure I had the best service!! Their customer service is fantastic. If you ever need help ask any of these guys!!

Jayce was sooo amazingly helpful and easy to get along with. He made me feel very at home and like I’ve known him for years. Very easy going and had all the answers🙏🏽He was patient and took the time and care he needed to help me with. The other RSC Joseph was very helpful as well. Thomas and this AT&T store are amazing!!! I’ve seen Thomas 3 times recently for phone upgrades. This is a task that I’ve usually done on my own, but I have so much faith in Thomas, his knowledge, and his expertise, that I hope I never have to look to myself or another for assistance. Oh and his customer service skills?….too wonderful for words. He cares about his clients and completely addressing their needs effectively, always. Thank you Thomas!!!🎈😊🎈😊

This was my first time at this location. I came in to the store looking for a charging block. Savannah helped me find an item that is better than what I was hoping for. Because of Savannah whom I was told normally works at another location, I ended up getting 2 more items and am upgrading two devices. The store manager, Kyle (I remember because we have the same name), also made sure I was taken care off. Again, this all started with a simple charging block. I will continue to keep coming to this location because of the people here. They also have fun stuff to do do like bean bag toss and chess while they are busy. Thank you Savannah and Kyle!

Joseph was incredibly professional while we discussed our plan and phone options. He gave us a few different plan scenarios and guided us to the right choice for our financials and our future. We are incredibly pleased with the new plan and new phones we walked out with, in under two hours. Thanks again Joseph!

The people that work at the Mesa Dobson location was amazing! Made it easy and efficient for my purchase. They were all knowledgeable and educated on the products! Kyle, Jen, and Savanna were great! Great customer service!

Best at&t store so far. I had another store tell me the iPhone13 had the best camera. I have always been a galaxy girl. The last iPhone I had I didn't like. I tried it for a week but hated it more. I went to the Alma school Elliot location and they said they can't do returns on weekends because they don't have a manager that works weekends. I called this store and drove over. It's closer to my dobson ranch home. They helped me get a galaxy that I love. They helped get me the best price out the door and had that nice family vibe.
