Excellent service here! I came to pick up a Doordash order, and the Barista who helped me, Liam, was incredibly friendly. He got the order out quickly, and it was an all around very pleasant interaction

The employees there are the best so friendly 💖and always do there best to make u feel good and always wanting to return to get Excellent service ,I always enjoy going there,,best staff ever. So cool 😎 😍

I stopped here for a few hours the other day to get some homework done before catching the bus home. I got a Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew. Didn't taste like salted caramel at all, but honestly still REALLY yummy! The baristas were all super nice! Place was clean. Atmosphere was very calm and quiet. Definitely recommend popping in if you need a coffee break or place to study/work!!!

Favorite Starbucks in utah county. I go twice a week and love the employees there so nice to me and my daughter.

Wow. I'm blown away from the amazing service from the staff but especially the Barista Melody, I think her name was. Her service and attention to detail in my drink was absolute perfection. I've never felt such a good vibe from an employee anywhere I've been! Definitely will be coming back here!

Never used the drive-thru, so I can't comment on that (though from sitting inside it seems like they're super attentive to it). The baristas here are super friendly. Haven't had any interaction with management, but the one manager I've seen also seems to be a nice guy. This place served as my office for a week while I was living out of my car. I was never once treated with anything less than the utmost respect and was always greeted with a smile. I no longer NEED to come here to get work done, but I'll still be a loyal customer for as long as I'm in Provo due to the genuinely good vibes here.

I don't ever go to Starbucks. This was literally my second time (third at most). But the service was very good. The person that took my order was very kind and very friendly. I got a Dragon Drink (I think is what it was called) and it was delicious. I was meeting up with someone and it was a great place to do so. Good place to mingle with very friendly staff. So, maybe it is or is not worth 5 stars but based on my lacking experience with Starbucks, they were great.

Girls were way helpful, very friendly, and got my drink right. Thank you and I will be back!

EDIT: still keeping the 5 stars because I’m not petty and I understand mistakes happen! and not to be THAT guy but I had ordered almond milk in my coffee and I believe it may have just been regular milk, which I am very allergic to :’) . I’m not losing sleep over it obviously but maybe just to be extra careful when dealing with that 🙏🏻😭 still the best store though!

Ordered my drink online and it was ready when I got there, the atmosphere was really nice and it wasn’t crowded.

This Starbucks is new, so it is always clean and quiet. The inside is always quiet and peaceful. It can get busy but never gets loud or packed, a great place to come chat or study. It is much less busy than the other Provo Starbucks and I’d recommend it. The only con is sometimes hours and when the lobby is open will fluctuate and change.

Drew was absolutely amazing! He made me feel like a top priority. 10/10 great customer service. I don't know what you pay him but it's not enough.

Superb staff at this location, they are always so sweet and friendly! The customer service is amazing. And I've never had a problem with an order, the drinks are always great and they are quick even when they are busy. Seriously my favorite Starbucks!!
