First of all, lovely kind staff. Secondly the dunkin donuts has a beyond breakfast sausage muffin sandwich that is a great quick bite for my vegan fam just get no egg and no cheese. The baskin ribbons has several vegan ice cream options and they were all DELICIOUS and its surprisingly affordable.

Today 5/2/2021 the drive thru line was super long yet the orders seemed to fly out the window! ☕🍩🚀The employees were very quick and efficient. Ownership was friendly and involved...I absolutely ❤ THIS Dunkin’!

They work hard and they're constantly busy so a wait should be expected but the quality, friendliness and overall work ethic is worth it. Everyone was all smilies and easy to talk to. The manager does a great job as well

My Wife is Obsessed with this drink and describes it as A Cup of Deliciousness. It's Caramel & Sweet just Cinnamon. I Love the Sandwich, a Perfect start to my day. The Staff is always in a Great Mood and Friendly.

I really love this place even as a former employee of this place. It's much nicer, smoother and nice decorations. I still come in here as a customer and everything is still the way I remember after being here for a year and a half. I really do miss the old crew members though but the crew now is awesome as well!

Had the best experience today. The nicest workers i have ever met helped us today. They truly were the highlight of my week. Johnna and Victoria are the names of these amazing workers. Just went above and beyond. If anyone deserves a raise, its them!

I stop by double D every time I'm leaving that side of town and always great service.

So unfortunately the dinning room was closed due to covid I immagine, but I have to give them 5 stars because an associate was outside that took my order because I was in a semi truck that couldnt fit the drive thru...coodos and vig props to them. There is a planet fitness parking lot behind them large enough to accomodate a semi truck for temporary parking.

Went through the drive thru and had a great experience. Service was quick and my order was made correctly. They even gave my dogs a pup cup with whipped cream and a donut!

Shay literally made my entire day. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. The food was fantastic and the coffee was even better, thanks again for making a great experience!!

My mom gets a large decaf caramel macchiatto almost every day. Unfortunately, we have had several that didn’t have the caramel in it and we had to go back to get another one. Now, we check it before we drive away.

Went through today and the girl at the window was wonderful keep her there.

Just went through the Lima location and even though they weren't busy the manager was still out making drinks and being very polite to his staff. Even confirmed our order for us so we didn't have to wait long. I wasn't asked to write this, but I feel like in the society we work in it's nice to see people still helping out and working hard even when they're in a position that it's not required. Kudos to that man and their service. They will continue to get our business.

I don't usually try to go out of my way for Dunkin', but my friends do and every time we've went it has been a pleasant experience. They have great milkshakes. They have a great team working at this location- all so friendly and have great customer service. The past time we went they gave us a dozen donuts for free, which was awesome!

This is our favorite donut shop! Always great customer service, the coffee is always HOT, and the donuts are delectable!(and creative)

My daughter & I went there for brunch. It was good! We may not have been able to sit inside but they did have outdoor seating. The staff was friendly. The store was clean. Food was yummy. We would definitely come back!

I'm not sure what her name was, but we just came through the drive thru and our cashier was amazing! she made my coffee with a mix of almond and coconut milk because of the flavors I chose, in order to (in her words) "add some pizzazz!" It's delicious and she really made the experience special. Shoutout to her, she deserves a raise (^:

Soooo happy it is now welcoming customers inside. Hard to pick donuts if you can't see them. The coffee is always great

Ice cream made me go to the bathroom instantly, but that's just because I'm lack toast intolerant. Great view of all the wonderful people that inhabit Lima. Pretty sure I seen a homeless person begging for change on the corner. Never give then change, give them food. Don't trust anybody not even yourself
