Awesome place, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Specially the Asian lady with glass who collects Passport is super duper helpful. She was even kind enough to fill out the first page for me as I was busy handling my two infant children. I hope and pray all the very best for their future.

We had to renew passports today and Kimberly had us out in minutes. Very appreciative of her time and attention to detail. She had a great attitude and knew what she was doing.

I came here for renewing my sons passport and the customer service was AMAZING!! They helped me with everything, unlike the last one who did wven offer to help and she was quick! Her name Kimberly F. Reccomend 100%

The lady there went out of her way to help me. She was the only one at the counter at that time and was as busy as a bee, but she took time to listen to what I needed to do and accommodate me more than I even expected. Best post office experience yet!

The staff here are very nice, patient and get you in and out. I don't know about the other reviews, but I had a very pleasant experience at this post office especially around this time of the year. Always remember that your attitude also affects your experience!

I never have had a problem in this office. Some employees are more friendly than others true, but all of them are professional. 5 Stars for my Burke postal office.

Wonderful passport application process

The staff in the post office are friendly, efficient, and helpful, even during rush periods like Christmas. It's a pleasure to go there -- especially compared to some post offices we've known!

I had an issue with shipping one of my products and the very nice and helpful staff (Dan) helped me get it all figured out. I would recommend this post office.

Helpful and efficient staff

Wanted to give a shout out to Javonte and Viveca. Had a packaged that went international and took over several months since customs denied the shipment and had to be returned to sender. During this whole process both Javonte and Viveca reached out and assured they will keep an eye on my package and made sure it gets back to the sender. They have been very helpful and patience during the whole process. Thank you again. 🙏😁
