Taco Bell

Whoever was working around 11am on Feb 18th wrote my name on my bag/box. It was a cute little touch haha. Food good as always. Wish more vegan options available

We go there Friday's usually around 1-2a.m. Always pretty busy and still always excellent. Our food has not been messed up once, always decent quality (never looks just thrown together), so we always make sure to tip the drive thru workers. Great service and we're never disappointed

I was having a bad day and looking for a stress snack. The person who took my order was so nice and friendly and the people at the window made me laugh. It wasn't even today and it still makes me smile. Order was correct, food was hot and tasted like Taco Bell, not looking for gourmet food here. Would pick them over all the other fast food places in the immediate area because the customer service was fantastic and turned my day around.

I went to Taco Bell at Route 91 and Euclid Avenue in Willoughby Ohio the lady at the window is Simply Amazing they actually cared about her job and her customers

Probably the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had, although the only one I’ve had is in Cincinnati.

The lady working the drive-thru was so polite and professional. The sound of her voice just made me happy. The food was actually really good. They forgot my hot sauce. They specifically asked if I wanted any sauce and then forgot it. Not a big deal at all; I had some at home. Service was quick and my order was correct.

The best taco bell in the area. They always get my order right, are cheerful and friendly, and genuinely seem like they care. I will go out of my way to go to this taco bell.

The young lady who took my order today (02/03/2021) around 1 pm was such a pleasant experience. She was very professional and made me feel like she actually cared about my order. Very quick and precise. She deserves a raise!

My family and I went through the drive through this evening and they were already busy. The line moved rather quickly for the amount of customers they had. Star #1. We ordered 70 $ worth of food and i was pretty unorganized while ordering. The young gentleman taking my order was a Rockstar. He took my order with ease and a smile in his voice. Receipt said Michael V. We received all of are food exactly as ordered. The whole staff deserves 👏. Thank you to the staff that was their tonight!

It was a line when went there in the drive thur but it wasn't a long wait at all in and out also they had very good customer service and my tacos were very good and fresh. Thank you.

This may have been the fastest taco bell I've ever visited. Line was almost to the street and I was through the line and leaving with food within 15 minutes. Everything was there and prepared well. No complaints.

The gentleman at the counter is the nicest guy in the world he's funny he's informative and he has is stuff together so to speak. He make sure you get what you order, there is absolutely nothing on Taco Bell's best menu that could possibly stump him. Oh yeah he's what's referred to as a little person, but in actuality, with personality and sheer presence, this man is a giant! Oh yeah, and the food is great!
