Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I love coming here for the ice cream and food. I always get plain vanilla ice cream with sprinkles whether it’s a cone, sundae, or blizzard and it’s always perfect. Well sometimes it feels like the blizzard would fall out if it got held upside down but it still taste good. I love the fries and chicken tenders but I wished they could toss the chicken in buffalo sauce. The drive through lines seems like they’re always long but I guess it’s worth the wait. Workers are friendly and food always comes out quick for me.

It is one of the most consistent places to get fast food. This location is quick. I have gotten in line with at least 15 cars in line and still cab get through the line with my whole order correct in less than 30 minutes. Love it!

This is a awesome location to take family. Wide selection of cakes. Fresh hot food! 30$ for a family of three plus ice cream well fed. 10/10

Also, nice workers here and clean. We have enjoyed our food purchases here. Done right every time. Banana split good, but not like old days version of hard ice cream in three flavors. Clean and roomy rest room
Plenty of parking that is free. No exterior trash bins, but you can take your trash inside if you eat in your car.

Have been through this very cool, very neat drive-thru so many times before. Sometimes, I go to get a chicken strip basket, plus French fries & bread. Other times I get a hot dog, plain. Sometimes, I get a plain hamburger when I'm there. Today, I got a very super-cool chocolate ice cream treat at DQ. It was very great. Timing of my chocolate ice cream was super-fast and super-good. Staff wasted no time getting the order out the window and into the car. Speed of the drive-thru is always fast, all the time. This makes for wonderful quality service there. Staff is efficient and professional. I don't know what I'd do without their professional five-star quality staff and service. And they do get five-stars. That's a very good feeling. This is a very wonderful place.

Great Dairy Queen. Reciept day is when whatever amount you purchase on that day's reciept, you can redeem on another day for free. No limit to the $$ amount.
They are always fast and accurate. Great staff. It is a full grill and chill so they serve burgers, fries, and chicken tenders along with the usual ice cream treats.

Stopped in late last week needing a birthday cake for my grandson. Being someone constantly on the go I forgot to special order a Spider-Man cake. Even though the cake decorator was on her way out the door she was still kind enough to put a few spider webs and a cute little spider on the cake which made our little guys day special and kept me out of trouble. Thanks for the outstanding customer service and delicious ice cream!

Super fast, courteous, quality every time. Nobody’s complained about me only ever ordering with coupons either, lol. Tables usually have crumbs but idfc.

Probably the best experience ive had at a DQ, will return for sure. The zesty queso sauce is shockingly good!

They always do an amazing job!! Tonight we went there and got 3 combos and 3 shakes/malts, we got a vanilla shake, a banana shake and a chocolate malt, we got a strawberry shake instead of a chocolate malt and we let them know of the issue, they replaced it without any issues and bc of the mistake they gave us coupons for blizzards. They were so kind and understanding of the problem and quick to fix it! Attitude and kindness like that will always keep us coming back!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION SPECIFICALLY!!!! GREAT JOB GUYS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

For fast food their burgers are great. Add a small blizzard or grab some buster bars to go and you can't go wrong. The self serve soda is great as you don't need to go wait in line for a refill. They only have ketchup at the stations so if you want mustard or relish or Mayo you need to ask for it.

Favorite fast food restaurant in Willoughby. Pecan blizzard is perfect combination of salty and dairy sweet.

We picked out a custom birthday cake and the girl was super patient with my wife. Finished off with cheese curds an blizzards. If you've never had fried cheese curds, you should try them. 😋

Service was great and food. People was polite and punctual. I love eating here every time I'm in the area. I ordered a Milkshack with a Chicken Strip Basket and Fries. So far so good the food is fresh. The order was $25.

Picked out this cake out of the case and asked them to write this on it and not only did they do a fabulous job but they also wrote what I requested in rainbow writing to match the cake!!
