Wendy's

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a taste of the new pumpkin spice frosty. Get it, it's great! Clean dining room and bathroom.

The customer service is fine. They are polite & willing to correct any mistakes, but I don't know what happened to the quality of the food.

I was very pleased with the service AND the quality of the food, this time. We got the crispy potatoes and the cinnamon roll. No complaints at all. The drive through was fast. Also I always check out the drive through window for cleanliness, and it was clean. So more than likely the inside of the restaurant is clean. I'll definitely go back there.

I don’t know who runs this wendy’s but you need to treat and pay your employees better! god bless them for dealing with rushes and they only have 6 people on the floor, as someone who worked in fast it is not okay to have only 6 PEOPLE ON THE FLOOR and dealing with peoples anger that their food isn’t coming fast enough when you don’t properly staff them. Shout out to Ambera for taking my order! and the food being great!

The employees take a sweet time. But the food was delicious. It was worth it altogether

The fastest wendys drive-thru I have been at. They gets down they do not play.

Food was fresh and nicely prepared. The staff was very patient with me, as I had an online order they couldn't locate, but it was my fault. Wrong Wendy's. My bad. I appreciate them being so understanding of my mistake. Thank you again.

My food was good and hot

This a store was a train wreck a year ago .New management seems to have turned it around.

I got the new spicy chicken sandwich with bacon. It was delicious. The pickle chips were a perfect addition. Their tropical berry lemonade is one of my favorite drinks. (I just wish it didn't have so much sugar.)

Drive through was good, I ordered grilled chicken, fries and extra salt, and they gave me everything. I was there 1 time, maybe depends on a shift and personal who worked at that time, but other places when i ask for salt they will forget.

Super fresh food. My fries were HOT and crispy and the line was super long and moved very quickly. I enjoyed my food at Squires castle while I watched 4 teenage boys play knights like they were straight out of the movie role models.🤣

This Wendy's is always fast and professional with helpful staff and a clean location. The food is always hot. The drive through can get long because it is a popular location but I use the Wendy's app and do carryout. Much faster! The kids toys at Wendy's are always stimulating and fun.

I usually order grilled chicken here, which is excellent because I don't really care for their burgers & honestly I've rarely met chicken I didn't like. Anyway, today I had a taste for a burger & Wendy's was convenient so I went for it & I was really pleasantly surprised. It was a great burger. It had good taste, you could eat it without it falling apart, it was hot, the burger fit the bun so I didn't feel like I was eating mostly bread. I'd do it again.

The most astheticly pleasing fast food restaurant I've ever seen. The HDTV and fireplace set it off...I wonder if they have cable too... The rest of the restaurant was clean, the associates were friendly and helpful. Most importantly we had a rather large order with a few specifics, they got it right, and the food was good. As it happened I was passing through with someone else, but if the Wendy's near me was as nice, I'd go there more often.

Wendy's is in my top two fast food restaurants. My only problem with this location is they aren't the best about getting special orders correct the first try. But they will fix it without fuss when brought to their attention. So happy the taco salad is back!

Staff seemed very young but very polite. Our order was correct, food was delicious and the dinning room area was pretty cleaned. Would an might eat there again. Just not that close to my house nor work..😪

Lines and counter service(not lately covid thus mores so drive thru) can tend to be on the long side of volume but move fairly brisk most days. This Wendy’s is the much more popular in the area simply because the employees seem to care the most here. Food is prepared properly and is what you’d expect to receive
