Clay helped me find the phone I needed 😌 I hate to change phones because I don't like change. The phone he bought was perfect it is the same only better. He was knowledgeable about the products and he helped me change everything from the old phone to the new phone. Clay was patient and super nice, I am happy with my new phone. 😊

Very helpful and knowledgeable. They tend to get distracted by others when assisting the current client. Just need more customer service experience, but I'd go back.

Extremely great customer service on February 9th early afternoon. I can't remember the representative's name, but he was helpful, informative and answered all of our questions!

Hands down the best ATT STORE in Ellis county. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Porche was our rep, she was very informative, professional, knowledgeable and most of all Friendly. She made us feel very comfortable and answered all questions. In and out without feeling NON presured or frustrated.

This store always has great accessories to choose from for my phone with great bundles and deals. Celeste does a great job at giving the customer service and help a customer should receive in the phone industry. Very professional and respectful, I recommend her service overall, especially when you have questions. She even went out of her way to help me put my screen protector on my phone when she doesn’t have to 👍

I first went to the AT&T in Corsicana. 1 person was helping a customer purchasing a new phone. The other 4 of us were waiting in a line. 1 of the 4 said that people were in the back. No one ever came out so I left.
Then I went to AT&T in Ennis. What a wonderful difference. The manager is Clay and he had 3 associates there. Very nice store and Clay was super helpful as well as 1 of the associates who spent much time explaining options that I had. I will not be going back to the Corsicana store and will definitely return to the Ennis store. I try to support our businesses in our county, but the Corsicana store needs some work on customer service.

I went in to get help transferring my phone. I had great customer service, by a gentleman named Michael. This kid went far and beyond the call of duty, I asked him if he could save my mothers voicemail, who has been gone for over a year and I miss her dearly. He said sure no problem this meant a great deal to me I couldn’t help but tear up and cry. Micheal rocks!! He deserves the highest reward!! I really hope his supervisor and store manager recognizes him for outstanding customer service.

The guys were very helpful, and really willing to go the extra step for me. But not happy that I had to buy a new adapter just to charge my phone. Buy this new phone you won't be able to charge it in you vehicle as past charger cords you could. Another way to get $20. More out of you.

I had a problem with transferring data from a very old iPhone to a new one purchased from another AT&T store, and Juan went totally above and beyond to help me with transferring the data. I was blown away by how helpful he and some of his co-workers were, especially when the old phone did not come from AT&T. I am truly thankful.

Joshua and Morgan were outstanding today. I went in to use my ATT trade-in card, but the system would not process my credit. Joshua and Morgan called customer service and had to hassle with them for over 30 minutes to finally get someone to process my bill credit. They are an awesome team!

Had a last minute personal emergency that required assitance with my phone and cell plan. The associates Morgan, Christina, and Josh went above and beyond to provide me with wonderful service, information, and help in all aspects. All 3 were superb team members and made a hectic situation efficient and easy!

Juan was very helpful when we came in to get our new screen protectors out on all our phones. I couldn't have asked for better service. We were greeted when we came in and he was very helpful when we had our phones worked on.

Bought new phones on 9/4/19 at the Kaufman store and was told after that the internet was down so they couldn’t switch our stuff over...so annoying.
So drove over to the Ennis store to see if we could get help.
In the 15 years I have been with at&t I have never had better customer service than I did that day.
Christina.. waited on us. That girl took care of three customers at one time, plus answering the phone and never skipped a beat or got frustrated. She was friendly and smiled the whole time.. She really knows her stuff.
It was like having a good friend wait on you.
We need more people like her in customer service.

Crysteena and Joshua at this locaton are awesome representatives for AT&T. They are to be commended for their knowledge, courtesy, professionalism, and willingness to resolve the problem and recommend solutions to improve my service. Top-notch customer service - very hard to find these days - if you want to see it, visit this location!

This is the best experience I've every had at an ATT store! After a very unpleasant experience at the Cedar Hill store, I had gone to the one in Midlothian. They were great - very helpful - but didn't have what I wanted. Without my even asking, they called the Ennis store and found that they did, so I went there. Crysteena waited on me and she was fabulous. Happy and upbeat and eager to help any way she could. She talked about how much she loved working there, but even if she hadn't said it, it was obvious - - she enjoys her job and wants to do the very best she can for her company. Thank you Crysteena! They should give you a raise!

I didn't get the name of the young lady on 9/21/20; but she was very helpful! She helped on transferring data from my old phone to my new phone. You did a fantastic job. Thank you.

We visited the store today to get an upgrade on my daughters phone. Everyone was helpful and took great care of us as always. Love doing business with AT&T and Ennis.
