Bubba's BBQ & Steakhouse

Under previous ownership/management I loved the big Ranch House Salad - salad with any meat of your choice chopped up over it. - but I just wasn't a big fan of the BBQ. It was okay IMO but not outstanding and I didn't care for their sauce at all. Haven't been in in a while and decided to stop in today for a salad with chopped turkey. The place was so bright & cheery and you could smell the smoked meats. I saw a picture advertising a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw called The Boss Hog for $9.99 and could not resist. I also ordered a side of potatoes, cooked country style with seasoning and onions. The guys behind the counter were friendly, and the girl at the register was sweet. At the drink & condiment area they have 3 different sauces (!) so I got tea & picked a bottle of sweet bbq sauce. The young lady brought my sandwich out quickly. It presented beautifully but I had to take the onion rings off before I could attempt to hold it to eat it. So I ended up with 2 sides - both onion rings and potatoes 🙂. The sandwich was DELICIOUS! Sweet tender pulled pork topped with sweet crunchy slaw, and plenty of meat. And the sauce was really good. I am now a FAN and can't wait to go back. They have several other things on their menu like steaks, catfish, grilled fish.

The food was amazing! We all had a little something different and ate everything on our plate. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The restuaraunt was very neat and clean. They had so many staff working serving customers we did not even have to get up to refill our drinks or throw our trash away.
The owner (I think) came by and asked the kids if they wanted desert. They were all so kind.

Absolutely amazing! Atmosphere, food, drinks, staff, definitely recommend to anyone especially the loaded baked potato with brisket. Also recommend the bbq sauces!

Best BBQ Brisket!! Traveling through just south of Dallas and did a quick jog off the highway for an easy dinner. The staff were so friendly, starting with the greeting when we came in the door. They took the time to explain the wide menu and my husband said it was the best brisket he’s ever had! The restaurant is a typical bbq place, you order at the counter and seat yourself. The sides were typical but the bbq is the hero! We had to get an additional order of brisket to take home.

Thank you for hosting our event on the patio! We all had a great time!The food and service was great! If anyone is needing some where to host a big crowd I definitely recommend asking about the patio!! Ohhh and the chicken fried steaks are only one of the many great food options!!

Great little BBQ joint! Friday night, had prime rib. Perfectly cooked. 1 inch slab of prime rib as big as the plate!. The brisket was amazing. Great smoky flavor!

We drove 30 minutes and let me tell you. It did not disappoint! The steak is juicy and tender. The brisket elote is a must have! And the pies!!!! You cannot leave before getting one! All 4 kids loved the macaroni and cheese! This was a great experience. We will be back very soon!!!

Food was great. Staff is friendly and attentive. Service was fast and accurate. Definitely worth the stop.

This place has the absolute best BBQ, and steaks in Texas. They are so friendly and the food is amazing. I drive an hour or more at least once a month just to eat here. Definitely give them a try.. you won't be disappointed!!!

Service in the drive through was fast, staff was kind, price was fantastic, food was good.

Service was above and beyond. They treat you like you’re their neighbor. The owner came by our table and asked us if we had enough food and if we would like some more then also gave us free desserts. They truly care about your experience and well being here. Highly recommend coming here. Don’t forget the food is amazing too!

It has been years since I have had great BBQ. Today changed that! The smokey smells of brisket and other delights made my stomach growl. From the homemade BBQ sauce, the brisket, the spicy sausage to the baked beans and that gravy for the mashed potatoes was amazing! I heard angels singing when I ate it. Over an hour drive away from me and I definitely will be back!

I have been to Bubba's since the early 90's. The food is always consistently good. Today we had ribeyes. The steaks were well seasoned and cooked to perfection.. The steak was juicy and tender.

We discovered this BBQ and have decided we truly love everything to do with this new fav place. 😍 we have eaten both dine in and take out. BBQ is so expensive right now that it's important to find a place that does it right. I like their BBQ sauce, and their chopped beef is really good.

Food is AMAZING and the server we had, this time - [Melissa], was on top of it! My glass was never empty.
Also, the place stays immaculately clean.

We took our family visiting from out of town for dinner New Year's Eve. The steaks were delicious and at a decent price range.
The bake potatoes and salads are a great side and the kids loved the macaroni and cheese. We go here about twice a month. The hospitality and food served keeps us coming back.
