The staff greeted me with a warm welcome the moment I entered the door. The service was fast and accurate. My upside down Caramel Machiatowith 2 extra shots was deliciously perfect.

Nice girl taking orders . Very sweet and polite.. order came out quick.. it was early morning so it's very important I am greeted with blissful individuals. That makes for a great start to my morning along with my coffee. Great job.

Wonderful Starbucks! Consistent great service, fabulous atmosphere, wonderful attitude! Our cappuccinos are always made perfectly! And convenient location is a plus. We stop here every time we travel to Dallas/Ennis.

I've never been the biggest fan of Starbucks but today I went and had the pleasure of being served by a beautiful soul named Zeke!! I usually only go in the fall to get a pumpkin cream cold brew but I decided to get my go-to drink that I get the very few times I do go and it was the best! Zeke asked me to taste it before leaving and it was PERFECT!!!! I finished it before I even left the view of the store!!!! 10/10 will be back especially if Zeke is there!!!

My blonde latte customized was perfect! Ready on time; the staff is very friendly yet professional:) Totally worth my 40 min drive love it!

Hannah was so friendly, we ordered our drinks wrong and got something we weren't expecting. They were so friendly and said they would be happy to remake our drinks. BUT IT GETS WORSE. I went back out to the car and was trying to show my girlfriend the cascading effect from the nitro stuff AND ONE OF THE COFFEES SPILLED EVERYWHERE. I was so frustrated, I went back in to order another coffee and Hannah asked if everything was ok, I replied I had spilled my coffee and was ordering another one. She offered to remake it but I replied it was my fault it spilled. She happily insisted one making me another one, and completely gave me faith in humanity once more. Exemplary customer service, the employees working were all super kind especially 5 minutes from close. You really don't see this in the world anymore and I wish more places were like this. 5/5 highly recommend.

They seem to understand I don't like being pressed for a tip now.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. No matter how busy they are, they always keep the drive-thru line moving. I usually prefer to go inside to get my mobile orders and someone always greets me right away and my drink is ready and made perfectly. I usually go on my way to work when they are busy, and have never had a bad experience.

I don't normally like Starbucks (usually the cost) but my experience today was worth it. The manager was great he recommended the oleato, (weird oil froth stuff)and it was great. 10/10 :)

Wonderful store. Management is always on top of things. Ordered a drink via mobile and forgot to pick it up #seniormoment. Without and push back I was provided with what I had paid for a couple of days earlier. They have taken the Chic-fil-a model to heart and the drive thru and inside show it.

Very good service and the coffees are always on point. My only issue is that their drive through is always packed(and not really their fault which is why I did not dock them a star). However if you order ahead through their mobile app they are always on time.

Friendly service, just across the street from our hotel which was just off the highway. Couldn’t have been more convenient

As usual I go to Starbucks. But today I was having a down day. Then I went to Starbucks and tbey were sooo patience and nice and they calmed me. I left happy and refreshed l. Thank You Starbucks employees.

I know the holiday season can be challenging to say the least, but the crew here were very kind, understanding and fast! Wyatt is amazing! He worked on a minimum of 3-4 drinks at a time, greeted everyone coming in, gave everyone waiting a heads up to whose drink he was working on next and made it perfect! Thanks SB Ennis Team for all you do!
