Eric was so great in helping me transfer from metro to Verizon. Also helped perfectly with setting up my new iPhone 15! He explained the best plan fit for me in excellent detail and even got me a cup of ice cold water ! Definitely the place to go.

I love Verizon and I’ve been with Verizon since I was a kid on my parents plan. Now I’m on my own and Dominique made it easy to switch to my own plan.

Best Customer service by far! Jose did an amazing job finding us the right phones and plans to fit our budget and lifestyle. I will be recommending!

Special shout out to Brian, Q, and Jared for my lost recent visit, the dream team helped me upgrade an existing line, add a new one and we’re sure to tell me about recent promotions including an iPad that I got for next-to-nothing! Sean Patterson was super helpful & made our experience excellent! My husband upgraded his phone and we both got new SE Apple Watches and he made the whole process so much fun. We will definitely come back to him for any future needs we have!

Angel Espinosa helped me out so much during my visit to the store. He went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with with all my questions answered and a working phone. He has a tremendous amount of patience. More than what I can say about other surrounding Verizon locations. I highly recommend him to anyone going in to the store.

Rey has been amazing! A year ago he signed me and my family up for a really amazing contract and helped us pick out the perfect phones for each us. Today I had some trouble with the general customer service number and I called the store to see if anyone could help and Rey was very prompt in reaching back out and resolving the issue quickly. Very thankful that he is someone who really cares about his job and goes above and beyond to help his customers always (not just when signing you up)!

Sean Patterson was very helpful with issues that came from my Apple account itself and helped me through every step of the way regarding of it not being a Verizon issue itself. I truly appreciate people like this and wished we had more people who genuinely care for their customers and I am very pleased with the outcome.

I got to say this is by far the best Verizon experience I have ever had. Jared went out of his way and showed extreme professionalism and handle every single one of my problems easily. I was on the verge of getting rid of my Verizon phone line but Jared himself made me continue staying with them. It was just a really pleasant experience.

Best Verizon store! Never have to wait in a line and feels so more personable! The rep Ashley always does a great job on taking care of my family and account! I can trust that she will handle my account in a way best for me not Verizon. She has my interest in mind and resolves any issue quickly. It's also nice that when I get a new phone she goes over every detail and makes sure I don't lose anything. She defiantly gives premium services and I'd recommend this store and her to anyone.

I Had a Great experience with Avery at the Ennis Tx location! She was very persistent and determined to give the best service possible! Adam was great. He greeted me at the door. He was professional, answered my many questions. He was patience and friendly. He helped me find the right phone and plan for me. I am very happy with Verizon and can recommend visiting Adam at the Ennis store.

If you are coming to Verizon I absolutely recommend Shawn Patterson ! He is very polite and cares about his customers ! When helping me he stayed an hour past the time they were supposed to closed and he was no nice about it all. Good job Verizon you need more people like Shawn !
