I went in today to get a new business phone plan. Abi, Taylor, and Zoie were absolutely phenomenal. I’ve never had better customer service dealing with a phone company. They were very informative on my options and helped me pick the best plan to help my business. They earned a customer for life today! If you’re thinking of switching plans go in and ask for any one of these ladies to help you out! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Abi, Taylor, and Zoie!

I im kinda late to give a review, but I gotta give a 100+ for the T-Mobile Lady’s in ennis. There Customer Service is so friendly and lots of smiles they bring to customers when they walk out the store. Including myself. I wanna give thanks to you Lady’s, y’all’s teams are the greatest. Ain’t no other phone company that I’ve been that is so welcoming and above all the employees sees that your in good hands. Love the way they make customers smile and happy walking out the store. I extremely recommend T-Mobile to whoever needs a phone company. Thank Y’all so much.

Had really great customer experience at the T-Mobile Ennis. They are kind and generous towards their customers. Very understanding individuals. I’ve work with two outstanding ladies lily and Bre. They was able to help me out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location.

Very Good experience at this store. Zoie and Abi were super friendly. Felt like I was dealing with old friends when dealing with them. They got me and my dad set up with two new iPhones at a great price. Zoie is an awesome assistant manager who really seemed to care about her customers and training Abi correctly

Loved the service I received at this location! Karen and Angel were great and very knowledgeable!! They helped me understand my bill and explained exactly what I’m paying for. They also helped me download the T-Mobile Tuesday app which I had no idea about. Will definitely be returning for future purchases! Thank you!

I went in Friday to see what the best option was for a new phone!!! Both of your employees were very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision. They were very energetic and full of customer service. Made my day with their funny personalities!!! I’m not from ennis but will definitely going back if I ever need anything.

I just left the store here in Ennis Texas I dealt with Karen she was amazing she knew exactly what I wanted and got right down to it and her coworker Celeste greeted me they both greeted me and it was awesome service. I will actually be coming here next time I need service for anything I will be driving from Allen Texas

People here are fantastic! Everyone says sprint is the worst, I couldn't disagree more. I had a problem with my bill, they fixed it and gave me $20 off my next 6 bills for the inconvenience.
