I called the store from Buffalo, NY looking for pool floaties for my grandchildren. The young woman who answered the phone, and I'm sorry I didn't get her name, was extremely helpful and asked her co-workers and customers where in the area I might find them after telling me that they did not carry this item. Based on her recommendations, I was able to find some available at another store and had that sales associate put them aside for me. If not for this young woman, I would not have known where to call, and as a result, she will be making three young children very happy! I will be sure to patronize this store the next time I am in TX visiting my family.
