Five Guys

Great hamburgers and fries. With all Five Guys I know I'm going to get a great burger. Been going to them ever scene they opened in Arlington Virginia. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good prices. Love the peanuts. Right down the street from The Senate and other clubs.

This is usually a good spot to grab a burger and go but it was crowded for some reason and I had a 20 minute wait for my food. I received my food but when I got on the road and started eating my fries were partially cooked and my burger was just thrown together any kind of way. I guess the next time I see it crowded I will not stop at this location..

Everyone was very nice except one person who seemed a little disturbed when I inquired about getting a condiment. Other than that enjoyed the experience. The veggie burger was cooked to perfection.

No complaints as usual with 5 guys! Great burgers, great fries, staff was friendly. One young lady even jumped in a TikTok with my daughter, that made her day! It is in the city so parking comes at a premium. There are two 15 min parking spaces at the restaurant.

This Five Guys was great! Super attitude by everyone that we interacted with. Food order was correct. Plenty of bag fries. Easy location to get in and out of for dinner meal. I can see it could be different at lunch. Would definitely go back to this location!

Hi there Google Gang it's yo Boi BiggHall, a friend and I stopped on and purchased a hotdog/fries, drink, and a bag of fries... The service was awesome as usual and fries were great.. located in the VISTA, stop in and give them try, you'll love it... I enjoyed the large Cajun Fries and they were goooood eats.. Staff are always friendly and professional and helpful, thanks Lillian E. you were A#1. I stopped by this restaurant to enjoy my fries and will continue to do my business. The other Five Guys were I usually go was closed while I was in the parking lot, after watching the staff member locking the door

I was so happy to hear an employee know about Brad/gluten allergy! We got great service great food and table at lunch!

Currently our favorite location,but a bit further to drive. Staff are always fun and friendly. Of course, hamburger and regular fries are done right! Here the fries are perfect every time! Be prepared for challenging parking. It's free for customers, but it's a tiny lot and tight spaces. And it's downtown, so time of day is key here. Plan accordingly.

I came close to closing this past Saturday at this location. I'm big on customer service. I don't know the gentleman's but he had the beard lol. He was very welcoming, he kept everyone notified about the time frame, & the workers where steady despite the orders. I will dine here again just because of how well they maintained professionalism during a crowd.

This is probably the best Five Guys restaurant I've been to.

July 2023/Food was excellent, hot and fresh. Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Condiments were offered before taking meal out. Friendly staff. Boiled peanuts are fantastic. Would have fixed it myself but one employee was already standing there and fixed it for me. Overall, good experience.
It is expensive but you get a lot of hot, fresh, cooked to order food for the money.

Got a double bacon cheeseburger, wrapped in lettuce and it was AWESOME! It was neatly assembled and tasted great! I have absolutely no complaints about the wonderful burger!

Five guys is always delicious! I gave 5 stars for the customer service. We were greeted by Amy(might be remembering it wrong) she was very pleasant, she then proceeded to take our order. She was so patient with us and helped us enhance our burgers. She was very knowledgeable and very kind. She seemed very genuine. She's definitely worth returning to see!

The wait was a bit long but it sure was a good burger. I have not had a hotdog at Five Guys before today and I really enjoyed it. I think it is a decent cost for what you are getting. Oh, and the employees were all super.
