Wendy's

So very little French fries. I didn't open the bag until I got home. It looked as though someone was munching on my fries, because there were very little fries. My other combo bag did have the right amount of fries. No one else was in my vehicle, and I didn't touch the food on my way home.

The fastest Wendy's that I have gone to. Food is always hot and fresh. I wish all Wendy's looked like this one. It has a fireplace and outdoor seating with a beautiful view of USC and downtown Columbia.

Greaaat, quick service, hot food! This reataurant obviously has a great quality assurance model and/or specialist! They obviously know that there is "always room for improvement". I hope that your employees receive the recognition and pay they seemingly deserve. You get what you pay for. If they are happy and they take great pride in their work, they make you look good. Food service employment can be a really hard occupation. You make it look easy! I go the distance to eat at this restaurant when I have to eat out, and watch my weight. I pass other Wendy's restaurants. This location serve fresh salads, etc. They give you the heads up when they are out of something, don't skimp on quality, and my order has never been wrong. I've never gotten home and regretted my order from this location. Even the trainees seem excited. The customer service is immaculate. And I know it is not easy to service the public. I see you Wendy's Assembly St. Kudos!!!!! Thank you!!

I truly want to thank the employees working on last Saturday. As someone who eats out regularly and all over the STATE, I appreciate Excellent customer service. Yes, my small chil and Cheese was good but, the service was noticeable and surprising. After I placed my order, a young man. who appeared to be exhausted and was penniless, walked up and ordered a cup of water. They gave him the water without hesitation. (some places charge for a cup of water) I noticed him and asked what he wanted to eat. He indicated that he didn't have any money. So I told him I would pay for whatever he wanted. He ordered the 4 for 4. They graciously served him and he said he had just spent all his money on his last job. The Lady behind him started rejoicing and we all sent up praises. Made me feel great. Nobody was rude

I don't think I've ever had a serious issue with this Wendy's. They're almost always on top of everything. I usually go through the drive thru here, and I don't wait in line long, at all. They get my order right, which I know can sometimes be a hassle. The staff is kind and pleasant. The inside is pretty cool for a Wendy's and I loved coming up and grabbing a bite in between classes. This is an awesome Wendy's and one my favorite fast food chains in town.

One of my favorite places to eat when I went to school in Columbia. Always went through the line quick and was able to enjoy my meal peacefully.

Now let me be honest...I didn't eat at this Wendy's. But the friend I was with ordered a medium fries and their Spicy Chicken Sandwich. According to her it was THEE BEST chicken sandwich she ever had. Even compared it to other companies and Wendy's landed on top!! Next time she wants to try the Jalapeno Chicken Sandwich.

Service and food quality have always been very good at this very contemporary Wendy's location. This no doubt services the USC crowd. The food is always served up quickly and hot! No complaint here.

Always have a great experience during lunch. If you dine in during that time, most of the time your food is ready within a minute of you paying. The staff is always super friendly and I've never had a problem during lunch.

Bruh when I say this food slapped, I kid you not, this was the most fire food I’ve ever had from mama Wendy’s. Fries coated with salt by the gods themselves. And don’t even get me started on that tender juicy fried to perfection spicy chicken sandwich. Whoever cooked that, 🙏

Been here quite often, as good as it gets for fast food but friendly staff

Walked in with a group of 30 Patrons on July 25th, and the service was GREAT! The cashier and kitchen staff served us with a smile. The attitude was very friendly. Keep up the good work................

Ordered through the mobile order option. Food was ready within minutes of my arrival. Hamburger was hot and Frosty was delicious! Employee who gave me my food was very friendly. Very satisfied.
