I was at the parking lot of Liberty Mountain and heard two persons next to my car, talking about their level of comfort with their ski boots after visiting pro-fit's (my feet were in so much pain at that moment), so I made a note and visited them; met Kiel who helped with the fitting of my boots (and I have got some weird feet coz I would walk bare-foot a lot in the forest back home) - oh man! they turned my boots from extremely painful to extremely comfortable (and I ski 6-8 hours a day!) - see Kiel's magic!!. Brian, the owner, and Kiel are some of the most kind, humble, and professional people I have ever met in my life. I am so grateful for your help and I highly appreciate it.

By far the best place in the NOVA area (that I’ve used) to get a ski boot fitting done. I’ve had major issues skiing for multiple years after leg surgery, and the folks here were able to get me in a boot, with some adjustments, that almost completely fixed the problems ahead of a ski trip. Before finding Pro-Fit, I was about ready to give up on skiing.

Prices perfectly reasonable as well. I will happily drive the 45+ minutes here for any future boot needs.

Fantastic advice and service from Brian at Pro-Fit. Came here for a boot fit check after reading glowing reviews from skiers across the country. Brian did a detailed review of my stance and boots, and was immediately able to suggest improvements. No adjustments were made without careful thought, and he sent me out to try things before making any changes that couldn't be undone. My boots now fit amazingly and I have the balance and control I've been looking for for so long. Thank you Brian, I'll be coming to Pro-Fit for everything from now on! John

We recently purchased boots for my wife and had a small issue with the fit of the boot after the first day of skiiing it. Without hesitation, Nancy worked with us to diagnose the issue, find another pair of boots that were a better fit, and swap them out at no additional cost. I think at many places we would have gotten the “sorry, they are now used and can’t be returned” line, but this place clearly understands that if you take care of the customer, you will have them for life. Thanks again for the help and we’ll definitely be back (and will send our friends, too!).

My spouse was ready to give up skiing because her boots were so painful. Greg at Pro-Fit did a fantastic job taking care of us, and answered all of our questions. We tried on a range of boots and got a great price! Definitely consider Pro-Fit if you need anything ski related!

We got "ski lessons" for the girls, and Brendan did a phenomenal job teaching them, providing positive feedback where appropriate, and coaching where needed. He made the process both worthwhile and fun. The "ski treadmill" was a great simulation, after they learned the ropes on the easier and non-moving ramp.

Excellent experience here! Such great service from Katie, Kyle and Brian. My husband and I were getting our first pair of ski boots and after years of rentals were keen to get it right, they were all so so patient with us and their knowledge and experience was so great. We’re really happy with the boots we went home with and couldn’t recommend more!

Went there to adjust my ski boots that have been bothering me when skiing and they made them feel great again and for a reasonable price. Super friendly and helpful - highly recommend!

Simply put, there is no better bootfitter in the mid-Atlantic. Brian can observe you walking for 2 minutes and identify exactly what you need. Couple hours of tweaks and my Alpine Touring boots were ready to charge 50 degree pitches in the backcountry and were completely comfortable skinning up 4000 vertical feet.

A truly wonderful, and knowledgeable staff, cannot recommend them highly enough. Get your boots dialed in with these guys, then go get radical.

My go to local ski shop for pre season lessons, tune ups and heat moulded foot beds. Great pre and post season sales. Fast and friendly but go early, by October they have a 30 day wait on tune ups.

Best ski shop around. Drove over an hour to get there and well worth the trip. Knowledgeable and very helpful fitting boots and repairing others. Really great staff. Reasonably priced and only sell what will work well for you. Definitely our go to ski shop for all equipment.

Kiel helped me get a new pair of ski boots. I have a tricky to fit foot and calf (wide forefoot, narrow ankle, wide calves). He patiently worked with me and talked me through options. I walked out with a great pair that feels like the first pair of boots that have ever actually fit in 30 years of skiing. He also helped my husband fix the angle of his ski boots too. Definitely wonderful service and a great vibe in the shop. Thanks!!

This place is awesome. They have a cool indoor ski training center. Great selection of skis, boards and winter clothing. A must visit. Buy local.

I was very pleased with the service that Nancy provided for myself and my daughter. We arrived at the opening and they became busy very quickly. However, Nancy was very attentive to our needs for boot fittings and expert knowledge for ski selection. I never felt rushed.
Please understand this when go into this facility. It is first come, first serve. They will show you full, professional attention once it is your turn.
I plan to do all of my skiing business at this location. Thanks again to Nancy and the staff at Pro-Fit Ski.

Excellent service. I got there right at 10am Saturday and they are a busy store, but got me in immediately. They put in custom insoles for my flat feet. My ski boots feel like I'm wearing Sperry's. They also installed a heating system into my boots.

They were very very knowledgeable and good people.

They also fit my girlfriend for beginner boots and made sure everything fit perfectly. Everything is very reasonably priced. I had been at snowshoe the previous weekend and all snowshoe's gear is about double in price compared to this store.

I didn’t think I would review a shop for not selling a product to me, but today I find myself doing exactly that. I went to Pro-Fit with the full intention of purchasing a new pair of ski boots. Unfortunately, being close to the end of the season, stock was understandably limited. Instead of trying to sell me something that I might ultimately regret, he encouraged me to either check another shop (traveling to CO soon), or come back in August, when more options are available. This would provide more options to get a proper fit, and provide me with a better skiing experience. THIS is how you keep a customer! Give them what they need to keep them engaged with the sport, not just what you want to sell. Well done Grant, and thank you! Pro-Fit, you have yourselves a new customer for all of my skiing needs! It’s good to find a business that isn’t just about money, but rather about creating lifetime relationships.

I went there to buy ski boots based on other positive reviews. I was so well taken care of. The customer service was exceptional. I tried on couple of boots but they weren't ideal. In stead of pushing me to buy what they had in stock, they suggested that I try other ski shops around NoVA for a particular boots that would fit me. WoW, who does that! They have a customer for life. Thanks. I will be returning with ski boots for custom fitting.
