Lots of clothes, shoes and toys. Clean and friendly.

Too expensive for what they have

Use to love to shop here but recently things have really become over priced. I have never agreed with the prices of their used shoes. I’ve seen Walmart shoes priced for more than what they are new. A lot of things have stains and the jackets are crazily over priced. This store is nice but would definitely get a lot more business if they would chill out on the pricing just a little bit. I just don’t feel I should be seeing $49.99 and $54.99 on used clothes and shoes.

I consigned with this store and my initial experience was great. Now that all of my items have sold or been donated I can’t get my money. I changed from a store credit to a check and it has been 3 months since my account “closed”. I’m editing this to say that yes I did change my method of payment but it took 3 phone calls and months in between to get my method of payment changed on the account. I did finally receive my money today.

You have to make an appointment just to drop stuff off . They don’t let you leave the stuff (clothes there) it’s very dark in there and they only had one person working there. I wouldn’t really recommend you bring your stuff there to be honest . The staff that was there was informative but very standoffish.

First off the boppy pillow was absolutely nasty, steins and hair on( didn’t notice in store). Got home and 2 toys don’t even work one had corroded batteries inside. Didn’t tell me until after purchase that all sales are final. Do not go here.

I went in and bought over 40.00 worth of baby girl clothes. Because we found out we had a granddaughter that was 9 months old and was in a rush to get things for her to get her out of foster care. After seeing my grandbaby for the first time she was actually in need of size 12 to 18 month clothing. So I took back what I had bought, all still in the same bag with all tags still on and never worn. And they wouldn't let me exchange for bigger size or even give me some of my money back. So I wasted over 40 bucks on things we can't use and we are stuck with baby clothing. And the 40 some dollars are gone out the window instead of diapers wipes and clothing and baby tub seat that my grandbaby needs. I'm at a loss. On what to do. Nobody seems to care about you there. They could had re sold the baby clothing but noo. I will never step foot in there and I'm still in need of baby items.
