Wanna say thank you to Jonah, for going out of his way to help me yesterday. He loves his job but the most he loves is helping out the customer. Even took time to explain gaming and up coming releases.

My experience was super Amazing, ELENI one of the employees it's very educated and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are leaving out of there with all your questions answered. The store is very clean and it makes it feel welcomed as soon as you go in unlike the other stores I've been to where there is a mess. I definitely will recommend this location to anyone 😎

I have recently moved to the rocky hill area . Went to this gamestop and will say that the staff is excellent. Even though they were busy they took the time to help with my questions and went above to make sure I was well taken care of.

This is my favorite Gamestop location. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. Always polite and answers all questions. Never had a bad experience here.

Excellent customer service I explain to the guy there that I had a ps4 for my autism son and that I didn't know what game to buy him he help me so much on searching for the right games and treated us with respect I recommend this game stop in by walmart plaza in rocky hill to anyone best one I been to
