The Children's Place

I loved shopping here i and online shopping perfect.. I get everything early and easy.. no problems, I will continue shopping for my children’s and myself here ..

I was so pleased with my purchase at the children's place in Lincoln square. The customer service provided by DAISY was absolutely amazing. I'm not sure if she was just an employee or a manager but her customer service was on point and definitely will add she is absolutely manager material. I couldn't be more happy. She showed me exactly where all the items I was looking for were and she even added some accessories to my outfits for my daughter. I will definitely be going back and telling all my friends about this location and to ask for her.

Love this store, it has always been clean when I have gone there.

Plaza does get busy on game days but they have some TCP only parking.

Great place to get kids nice clothes at a low price. Unfortunately my son is almost ready to go to the next level.

I have more than 11 years buying here. The inventory is great "5 stars". The customer service is getting poor competing to the first 10 years. And the gettingrooms very dusty.

The uniform selection was good, but with such a long line and they had one person at the register who seemed like she was having a bad day or just had no personality, and the other girl was just folding clothes with no effort to help with the line.

I Went to pick up an online order, The cashier was horrible. Didn’t even told me she was done. She just gave me my receipt and went to sat down. Not even a thank you or anything.

LITERALLY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! No one greeted me when i walked in. Store is A MESS! everything everywhere store keys were just laying around for anyone access. Cashier lady seem to have an attitude wrong me up for the wrong item. Just careless employee african american chick with long braids and nails. I honestly wouldve never bought anything if my daughter didnt need shirts. Do better we’re coming to spend our money. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

This store is awful! Everything is out of place! And the staff is so rude!! No one welcomes you and when you go and checkout they completely ignore you! Every employee is awful.

Today was one of the worst retail experiences I have had. Both of the employees this afternoon were completely rude and condescending. I brought my 2 year old grandson in to buy him some clothes and I asked simple questions such as do you have a fitting room, etc. The female employee was extremely unprofessional and acted as if we were bothering her. After debating whether I wanted to spend my money in this store, I decided to stop looking around and take my purchases to the register. The male employee who rung me up was discourteous as well. He didn’t say thank you and actually condemned me for my grandson trying on the shoes that we ended up purchasing. I will never be back. Terrible customer service.

Their customer service is not solution focus and apparently have no problems taking the money yet not providing any options. My daughter was given shorts that were too big and when I went to exchange them, they are now out of season. The store supervisor and a rep via phone - both have no qualms about keeping the money spent yet no product was given in its place. However, I was explained the “company” policy a good 8 times before I said, “please don’t quote company policy to me anymore,” and I asked what THEY would do in this situation and the rep could not give me an answer (which lets me know they don’t agree with their own return policy). Good to know Children’s Place loves to take money, but not help customers - therefore all the other reviews I read - they are actually true. And even when I asked to speak with someone who could make a decision given my situation where it was legitimately a gift.... Nope... Apparently my call was too small for a supervisor to actually talk to me.... Not even out of courtesy. Too bad so sad says Chilsdren’s Place. So this is what customer service has come down to?

Worst customer service from one of the managers working today! I believe her name is Shevante. She is the absolute worst. Never again would I step foot in this store again. She kept rolling her eyes to the cashier and me. The cashier was very helpful trying to figure out my situation. I feel sorry for the employees that have to deal with rude disrespectful management staff like that.

So I got here at 9:30 cool they don't open til 10 it's 3 young ladies that walked in the door all at the same time at 10:00(to open the store) here it is 10:20 they still not open online and on the window it says they open up at 10:00 so I've been standing at the door since about 10:05 I see the young ladies that's in there they see me and still ain't trying to open up they are just standing around talking and the manager name is faith

I went to this establishment a couple of days ago, I had a good experience w one of the workers, but the reason I’m rating one star is because I don’t think management treats employees fairly from what I saw especially one manager named Sarah.
