We are so fortunate to have found Regal Drapes online. The designer and sales specialist,  Christopher  Heredia made us feel not like just another client and was very friendly and understanding during the whole process. I will definitely recommend him and his admirable work. He is truly creative and professional.

We wanted drapes on our bare windows and had a very short deadline- we were hosting a Superbowl party in just over two weeks and Christopher pulled out all the stops to make that happen!

His communication was excellent. Christopher is friendly, patient ( we spent a great deal of time with him on the phone as we remeasured and took photos and asked numerous questions) and full of unique ideas. He is the best drapery designer I’ve ever come across.

He not only made our 4 walls a room but gave them a life!  No one could have made our family room more cohesive and  cozy that he did.

I am extremely pleased with the drapes I ordered through Regal Drapes. The fabric is gorgeous, the workmanship is excellent, and the design process pretty easy, especially with the assistance of my design consultant Chris Heredia. Chris was quick to answer my questions and concerns, and even going the extra mile to secure a refund on a changed hardware order. I thought the price was very reasonable since the drapes were not a standard size. The order was filled in a very timely manner, considering it was placed over the Christmas holidays. I will use Regal again, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Chris was wonderful in helping me design and measure my new drapes. I am in love with them. The quality is superior and better then I have seen in past purchases with other companies. I would highly recommend their services.

I was hesitant about ordering drapes and Roman shades online, I started by requesting fabric samples. The samples arrived quickly, and was followed up by an email from Marie H. letting me know she would help with any questions I had. Marie was very patient and walked me through taking the measurements prior to placing my order. After the numerous communications, I felt comfortable placing the order. The drapes and Roman shades are incredibly well constructed, the fabric colors are true to what I saw on line. There were some adjustments that I was wishing I had done, Marie sorted everything out so that I was absolutely 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend ordering from Regal Drapes, and I will definitely use this company again and of course request Marie as we had such a nice rapport. Anna was also very helpful. One of the things I appreciated most dealing with Marie was that if I was undecided between several design options, she would give me her opinion and explain why she would recommended that, based on the pictures of my rooms I had emailed, this guidance was invaluable. I was unable to upload photos for this review, don't know what the glitch was...

This is my second time ordering window treatments from Regal. The drapes and valences and roman shades are absolutely stunning and such high quality. The design process is so easy, the workmanship is superb and the cherry on top is their customer service. I needed to make an alteration to one set of drapes and it was super easy, and the team at Regal were so very helpful. They communicate well, follow up and check in all along the way. One of my very favorite companies to work with. Well done!

Our whole experience with Regal from beginning to end was outstanding! Their website is very easy to navigate...enter the window dimensions and all relevant measurements for curtains, rods etc are calculated and images of your curtains open and closed are created. If you need help, one of their experts responds quickly. In our case it was Kristen who answered all our questions and made very helpful suggestions. The curtains and hardware then arrived quickly in perfect condition. We had a professional hang them and he commented on their high quality. They look great! So, excellent quality and service at a price much lower than custom drapes made locally.

The quality and workmanship of the drapes were superb! This is the fourth time that I have used Regal Drapes for my home updates, and I have never been disappointed! I would highly recommend them!

Couldn’t be happier! Regal Drapes turns out custom, designer drapes and less than typical designer prices. My consultant, Jessica, took the time to look up the specifications of the brackets and rods I had yet to install, and perfectly suggested the drapery width and length. My pleated draperies arrived 2.5 weeks after ordering them, ready to hang, and have exceeded my expectations in every way.

I coordinated my drapery order with Dorie Bisanz who was extremely helpful with measurements, fabric selection, and order processing. The drapes were delivered within the three week estimated period and in beautiful condition when unpacked. The light creases from folding have since fallen out without any pressing needed. Even the drapery hooks were perfectly placed for the length I had specified and required no adjustment. I'm very happy with the quality, service, and product provided by Regal Drapes.

Chris Heredia from Regal Drapes was absolutely a complete pleasure to work with over the course of my project. He was in constant communication with me (even over several weekends), provided me all the tools and explanation I needed to design my project. The quality of the product I received was truly amazing. We had a larger roman shade built and the seam required in the fabric is completely indiscernible. Amazing craftmanship. Outstanding service and quality. I needed blackout curtains for the media room and what I've got, has been beyond any imagination. Top material with handcrafted stitching, super smooth operations and great look. This was a special order with custom features like both ends floating. The design process was a pleasure to work with full attention to details. Lastly, the costs were less than half price versus the quotes from the local vendors.
