Look, I hate going to the phone store. Not as much as the DMV or the dentist, but it's rough. I'm always prepared for a clerk to try and upsell me or send me to the website, and I assume it'll take more than an hour.

This location is, in my experience, a huge exception to the rule. Both times I've gone in the past 18 months, I've had somebody knowledgeable who understood what I was looking for and was able to help. In the most recent example, the guy helping me (I think his name was Frank?) took care of something like 4 account changes at once, and it took maybe 15 minutes.

I'm not gonna say I enjoy going here more than, like, a restaurant. But grading on the mobile store curve, I'm really glad this is the local T-Mobile.

Santiago and Rachel were phenomenal. It was my 1st time visiting this location and desperately needed to replace my phone while on travel. Their level of professionalism was above and beyond as well as their knowledge of products and services offered by their company. Santiago made sure that at all of my information was transferred successfully to the new phone. Rachel was also kind enough to give me some of the T-Mobile Tuesdays promotional items which I greatly appreciated. It included a towel, a Fanny pack, an accessory pouch which can be used for a variety of things, a medium size cup that can be used pretty much for any kind of beverage, and a pair of socks that I gave to my granddaughter. I was also made aware of the current special which is the watch asen here in the photo that I'm loving with my new phone. I would definitely visit this location again and recommend anyone to give them a try.

Santiago is such a great person ! I would highly recommend anyone to go to him, absolutely outstanding service. Ended up getting home Internet saving me money every month! He knows what he is doing.

I had to come to this location to collect a phone from corporate for a replacement under warranty. I was there very shortly after the doors open as I could guess they get busy because of their location. I was correct! The woman who helped me (Marta) was absolutely pleasant, competent, and quick to help me get my new phone as well as transfer my old files from my last phone. She kept an eye on the rest of the store as others filed in and were taken care of by other staff members. She clearly had a great grasp on the daily routine, policies and systems in place. She transferred my files, photos, made sure the pjoke worked correctly before I was out the door in around 30 minutes. The store itself was clean, well organized with no broken or missing displays. She didnt trust to force me into anything other than what I was there for but make me aware of upgrades, promos, and new items which I now plan on doing back for closer to Christmas as gifts for my family. They do allow online check in and appointment making which helps with wait times I'm sure- I just lucked out and got there early.l!

The very tall young man helped save our service with T-mobile. We were trying to resolve a phone issue for a month and finally decided to walk in. He took very good care of us and went out of his way to provide great service. My girlfriend even ran across the street and gave him a Starbucks gift card for all the trouble.

A+ customer service

I always come into the store and it doesn’t take a long time for me to get serviced. The store is always very clean and very uncluttered.

The staff service is very professional and I’ve never been in a situation where they have given me information that is misleading me. Sometimes the one 800 number customer service and the store has different information about my account but they’re always willing to resolve and admit when things are their fault.

Even though I’m very talkative, the people there are very professional and it’s definitely a place where it’s treat people the way you wanna be treated.

I would say that sometimes they have to over staff if things get very busy, and also did you have an issue with homeless and sketchy people showing up sometimes but it’s not enough to push me away as a customer. I’m not sure how to do security but it would help if they have that if they keep getting shady people in the store but it’s not enough to deter me from coming there.

Mr. Fuad helped me a great deal to solve a SIM Card issue. He was very helpful and very kind towards me. I appreciate his help and taking the extra time to solve my problem. I think he should be promoted :)
