Billy was amazing!!! He was all by himself on a Saturday late afternoon and he was swamped but he did an excellent job. He was personable, polite, efficient, and extremely hard working . I can’t believe he was doing this all by himself!!! Subway is lucky to have him. Where was the manager to offer help? 😬🙃😉

We were ordering 5 sandwiches, there were 2 people in the drive thru and 3 standing in line behind us...
Billy went above and beyond, he was the ONLY one there, kept his cool and was very apologetic! That kid deserves a rasie!!!

Food was good. Hot when ordered hot. Somewhat expensive, of course everything is nowadays.

Was one of the better experiences I have had with fast food in this town in a while. The attitude sometimes makes all the difference in the world and the employees were pleasant, so big A+ ! Food was great as well.

This is one of the best subways I've ever been in. The lady behind the counter created our sandwiches perfectly they weren't just thrown together and shoved in a bag. This is a very good Subway.

Went in around the closing time. There is a young boy who is serving in the entire staff. The store is extremely clean and I would say this is my best experience being in store over all the experiences I had in US. It felt like he is devoted in making the sandwiches and serving us, though he stayed down to earth saying “making sandwich is easy” when we appreciated him for all the hardwork . I would definitely visit this store again if possible. Staff here is friendly, pleasant and spirit to the place.

Good food. Not greasy. Made in front of you. Always good people working there. The interior is getting old. I like em.

Love to see a staff take ownership over their position. Couldn’t ask for a more hard-working group. Efficient, correct on their ordering, polite, not leaving any room for correction. You don’t see this kind of performance just anywhere nowadays. Great job ladies!

The one thing that I was upset with is that the young woman that was working was the only one who was working by herself and she was supposed to get off work at 5:00pm,she was going,going very well even though the busy time,I was impressed by how well she had done her job by herself! She should get a big raise in pay and a good holiday gift for everything

The lady working today 6-26-23 is sweet and has great customer service. Her helper is good too.

Remarkable Subway location. Clean, fast, and the lunch rush line moved so fast. Only two workers and you'd have thought it was a full restaurant staff. The ladies here today really went above and beyond to ensure the customer experience was pleasant and quick. I don't come through Miami often but I will eat here every time now.

Clean restaurant with friendly & helpful staff. Generous amounts of toppings for the veggie sub! Was only visiting Miami for the afternoon. Will definitely stop by again!
