Will and Maddie just made us the best caramel macchiatos after we didn’t realize they were closing in 10 minutes and had the best attitudes about it :) they deserve a raise thanks for being so sweet <3

Finally, a Starbucks by the campus not miles away as others. Original franchise stores are way different from the "servicing the brand shops" located in libraries or halls.

We mean free promotions, stars status, and exceptional environment/experience.

Friendly baristas, great service, and delicious coffee. Cool lighting/temp and music.

The downside in my opinion is only the inter design. It looks studying and long hour friendly. In basic words, limited seating areas.

Yet, its finally here a Starbucks by the campus when im about to graduate 😊

I’m not big on eating at and reviewing national chains because they are usually the same across the board.However, this Starbucks location has the best staff ever!! The place is always clean, the staff is so nice and energetic, and they are so efficient in getting orders taken and completed.
They even remade my Latte one time when I placed an order on the app and it took me over an hour to get there due to a flat tire. I’m not even upset that this location doesn’t have the convince of a drive thru. They are totally worth having to park and go inside the old fashioned way :)

Great service can be a hit or miss nowadays. But I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past few days working while in town. The service I received from Kiant'e T. and his team has been amazing. So much so I had to write a review. I had breakfast & lunch meals and drinks during my visits. I even ventured out and tried a drink that a barista recommended which is rare for me and it was different but really good. This location is so clean, welcoming, and the drinks came out better than I'm used to. I love how they greeted familiar faces and unfamiliar faces! Thank you so much.

A Manager's team is a reflection of them and in this case it is evident. Everyone serves with a smile, small talk, and efficiency.

Dovone was an amazing part of our Starbucks experience. Had such a friendly smile and his costumer service was on point. I hope y’all know he’s a great asset to you’re company cause he deserves a raise.

I came in this morning shortly after they opened and stayed for about 4 hours while I was working on some business. Everyone was great, but Jade went out of her way to make sure my experience here was excellent! She was a joy to talk to and made my coffee perfectly, as well as let me sample something that I think is my new favorite! Thanks Jade, Starbucks is lucky to have you!

Due to convenience; Starbucks on Nicholson drive is my go coffee on the LSU campus.This Starbucks Is very convenient for everyone living in Nicolson gateway & as it is right across from the stadium ( 0.2miles ) and Matherines grocery store just in case you feel a bit thirsty before or after you do your shopping. They also had very friendly staff members & it was a very quick service. Some people may say that a CSS’s coffee should be there as cc’s is the sponsor for LSU but Starbucks just tastes better so therefore getting more customers and Starbucks still have to rent that building therefore getting more money for LSU.

Always friendly, fast and rarely get my order wrong--actually, since I have been coming, I have never had an issue with my order. The only negative is they seem to never have enough food stock. I get there around 7-8am and their hot breakfast sandwiches seems to never be constantly stocked.

I'm not someone that usually writes reviews, but for this Starbucks location I will. This Starbucks is a wonderful location. The staff is incredible. Always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about coffee. The store is clean, and always has pretty good music. Overall, this is my favorite Starbucks location I've ever visited.

I love this location. Hardly ever too busy and the staff is always nice (which I’m finding not always the case at Starbucks). Helps that it’s not a drive through. Drive throughs are often understaffed (by Starbucks the corporation) so if you don’t want to wait fourth minutes for your coffee like the one on college drive, go to this location. It’s my fave in town. :)

As usual the area was great. Not too crowded even being in LSU campus area. Clean, kind employees. Service and food is great.

Great open and clean location. It was a pleasure to be greeted by Kiant'e and the other baristas. Lots of comfortable spaces and nooks to work in. Amazing service from everyone I encountered here. Awesome, stay consistent you all are great!

1/3/2020 Update: Upgrading from 3 stars to 5 stars. While the parking is still extremely difficult, I have noticed that the baristas and drinks have improved over the course of several visits now. Job well done!

Original Review: Extremely difficult parking, even on an away game day. The baristas sometimes do not know for certain how to make standard menu-item drinks, like a black salted cold-foam cold-brew. The drink just tasted “flat” or like it was missing something. This location has some room for improvements.

It’s always nice to visit a genuinely well functioning Starbucks bc they are rare. This is a good one. I think it’s bc I always have the same barista and I trust her with my life lol. Idk her name. Dark curly hair and glasses. She’s literally ALWAYS there. My fav starbs ever

The baristas here are super sweet and welcoming! I had a great experience with two of the baristas this morning. The coffee they made me was amazing too!

This store is flipping amazing! The baristas are cool and fun, the manager is awesome, and it is better than any other Starbucks I know.

Went this morning and it was a great experience corey and the shift supervisor were amazing to interact with and super fast service!

Friendliest Starbucks staff ever. This store is on my commute and they're always on top of the orders!
