Starbucks

Very clean, ample and chic Starbucks. Great to come to work, study or just grab a coffee ☕ and a bite. Awesome customer experience. Lot of parking. To use the washroom (very clean by the way) you need a code.

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Starbucks. Their drinks taste the same regardless of location, unlike Dunkin's. As a company, they do a fantastic job. Always clean, friendly, and great customer service at all of their locations.

My new favorite Starbucks. I live in Boston, where there are plenty of Starbucks but none like this one. The first thing that sets this Starbucks apart from others is the space and light. There are wall to wall windows and an open floor plan with plenty of seating. The bathroom is easily accessible and there is a sink out in the open between the two bathrooms, making it great for washing up. Service was fairly fast given the long line of cars at the drive thru but they had plenty of baristas to handle it. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and this is by far my favorite. The layout and full windows are unique.The location is convenient, right across from a hotel and in the up and coming Harbor Point are, close to restaurants, the Thruway and the Utica Auditorium. Most importantly, the drinks were on point. I will definitely be stopping by again when traveling to Utica.

Food is delicious, the serving size is a little small for me, but it's great. The service is pretty fast, depends on how busy it is. And the Atmosphere is very cozy, you can study, eat, and just enjoy the food.

Newly renovated and clean. We stopped by during a road trip. Coffee was hot and made correct which is always a plus. There are a lot of mobile orders which seem to take priority to the actual people who stop in. So I did have to wait awhile to actually order and get my drink.

I have been to this Starbucks several times since it opened recently. The service is always excellent. I never have had a long wait and my coffee is always delicious.

Yesterday, 12/15/22, I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Lilliana in the drive thru. She was extremely friendly, smiling and talked with me until my order was ready.

Guest service, like Lilliana provided is why I will continue to be a loyal customer to your location and continue to recommend it to family and friends.

I always get a peach green tea, light ice, no other added sweetners other than the peach juice. Nailed it. 😋

They always make my coffee perfect every time!

It was my first time going in here. The lady that helped was absolutely wonderful and talked to me about alot of options they have. The food is really good also. And they are super clean and organized compared to other coffee shops. Definitely will be going back.

Amazing coffee and amazing experience with the drive through worker. She was so sweet and complimented my makeup and it made my day. To the girl here with pink and purple hair you’re amazing!

I'm so glad we finally got a Starbucks in Utica. Get tired of constantly going to New Hartford if craving Starbucks. So far, the service is great, fast, and friendly. Location is good and centralized.

The food is pretty cause. They are a little bit slow when someone walks in and ready to order they tell you to wait a minute until somebody gets to you.

I love Starbucks, the north Utica location is 100% better than new Hartford in all honesty. Why drink dunkin when we have starbucks? 10/10

It's one of the quickest drive-thrus ever. Great customer service and nice atmosphere.

Even though they were super busy, I was met with excellent customer service by Amelia and my drink was made almost immediately after ordering. Will be coming again!

Clean and modern designed interior. Food and drinks were all correct and on par for Starbucks. No complaints.

Iced Chai Latte is consistently good. Mocha Cookie Crumble frap is a coin toss on flavor.
