Basically mint blu rays for 3 dollars here i got some movies to watch they have alot of guitars and they have alot of power tools if you need any they kind and freindly i like this little place gotta love pawn shops !! If you need money and have nice stuff to sell can sell got money and in search of something used and cheaper its a good thjng

I have always had nothing but a great experience with Josh and his family. Him and his wife are both very friendly and understanding people which is perfect for this line of work! He will help you out and work with you til the end.... but you obviously have to do your part!!!

This business is very family friendly. My kids love looking at vintage games and all the unique items they offer. The owner takes time and patience to occomisate them. . Best pawn shop I have been to.

First time visiting today - and was pleasantly surprised. We weren't able to come to a deal on two small gold coins, but ultimately I left satisfied, even though I was empty-handed.

I plan to visit again in the future. My experience was much better than what I have had at other Bangor-area pawn shops.

I don't really have experience dealing with ANY pawn shops exactly..
BUT I have visited 3 out of all of the available shops in Bangor, I merely only went with the intention to sell used DVD collections once, And that experience here was good..

So repeated my business at this shop over the previous places with much worse of the experience and treatment given at the other pawn shop..

The 2nd visit here was to ONLY PAWN & BUY BACK my t.v. for the ability to borrow $40 bucks just for only 1 week on a week

And AGAIN, just the same as the 1st time, I experinced another transaction and treatment that is what is expected...

Bought a vehicle and was told it was all set and ready to go and he even got an inspection sticker put on by a friend of his. Took it to my mechamic and found out it needed $1500 in work. He is a dishonest buisiness man and WILL try to rip you off without thinking twice.

My girlfriend and I, who visit many different pawn shops/antique stores in the area, decided to check out J G Pawn. We arrived a little over an hour before the store was supposed to close. As soon as we entered the store, the gentleman in charge asked us to leave because he had a “dinner date” and would be closing early. Although the store is not a far commute from our home, my girlfriend and I went out of our way to take our business to this new establishment and were not given a good first impression. Needless to say, we will be keeping our business elsewhere.

Terrible! Avoid entirely. Doesn't even give a price on high priced electronics. Okay, I thought you were a pawn shop. Apparently not
