Burger King

Third time's a lock!! Three different experiences and finally all pleasant at Burger King. This time Nick was the friendly voice and face of the drive through. Burger King has been written off for years as just a horrible place w horrible customer service in at least 7 STATES, and a few locations. But this Schererville site has had three great employees speak with kindness and care--not just the bare minimum of professional greeting as was the highest hope one could have of BK. Well done, you are building a great team that can save BK!!

The young man that took our order was very pleasant to the child before us and to us also. It's so nice to see a smile and happy people behind the counter. That is not the norm at too many places nowadays. The place was very nice and clean but we had to take the food to go.
The food was good also.

The two guys that were working this afternoon were killin it. The guy handling the drive-thru/register was on top of it, super courteous, and a fantastic worker.

It was sad to see there was only 2 employees, but that's no one's fault that will probably read this lol

Food always fast and fresh! Clean resturant and bathrooms. Friendly staff. Better quality, better service & better deals than McDonald's.

The fact that there is never more than like 2 people working here, they do a pretty good job. BURGER KING should have enough money to pay employees. Provide a higher wage, get some employees in here, and maybe you'd have better sales. I saw 2 cars leave the drive thru because there was a little wait. It's not your employees' fault, it's the company's.

pleasantly surprised at the wonderful and speedy service! I just rediscovered how yummy the Whopper is :), and I didn't want to wait in the long, long lines of a BK in a nearby town, so today I went to the Dyer BK. The Dyer BK was busy, but the drive-through service was speedy, accurate, and the young man who served us was super courteous and professional. Five stars and two thumbs up for Dyer BK! Management should know, you have a great crew! (especially the young, dark-haired man who helped us today)!

Even understaffed the attitudes were great. Rebecca the manager handled my family respectfully as well as her worker, although I did not get his name.

Try a whopper junior with cheese sandwich but make it a triple absolutely delicious. not a lot of bread high in protein. Not a health meal but good calories and protein to carb ratio.

Very Good service from the team! Always fresh hot and ready to go..some times theres a wait but the food always ends up worth it! Good Job team for working as good you can

We thoroughly enjoyed the whopper! Individual tables were marked for seating for customers due to Covid 19 pre-cautions. Drive thru was extremely busy with patrons enjoying whoppers too! ☺

The management and coworkers are very pleasant! The food was great! I'm giving a big thank you to all employee that work hard this day in time! You rock!

Order is always right, fresh and timely. All the staff is super nice and place is clean.

I came into burger King dyer indiana. Who ever was the preparer today was awesome. The best whopper I've had here in this burger King.

Highly recommended, this location is a little short staffed but Portia the manager and Dana are the best ever. Great attitudes, and that goes along way !
