My wife and I stopped here today to try some of the gluten-free desserts. We decided on the chocolate peanut butter brownie and the hummingbird cake. They are both excellent and super yummy! My wife liked the hummingbird cake best, and I liked the chocolate peanut butter brownie best.
The woman at the register was super friendly and very helpful.
We are visiting a friend in Sarasota and want to take him a good gluten-free dessert. I'm sure he'll be ecstacic with any item from Hillbilly Farms.

Found this bakery on my lunch break from school because I’m never in the Dade City area and love looking at local businesses. It was amazzzingggg. I didn’t know at first that it was a gluten-free bakery but don’t let that put you off because this was definitely one of the best bakeries I’ve been to coming from someone that isn’t gluten intolerant. Ordered the carrot cake, Oreo cheesecake, brookie, and mango energy tea. All were 10/10s. Will definitely be back since I have classes in Dade City for the summer.

Been looking and trying different gluten free breads. The bread in the store's are no comparison to this bread. It is excellent. The loafs are very big and tasty. I also tried the peanut butter brownie, let's just say it didn't make it home it was too yummy and couldn't stop eating it. Highly recommend this store. Mary Jo Jenkins

This place is a pleasure. Everything is so good. The lavender macaroon is the best thing I've ever eaten. We ate at Soup and Sammie's too and it was so good. We had the cubans and salad. Super good. Cinnamon cake and mint brownie were awesome.

This place is super great, not only does it have a lot of options to choose from , it also is accommodative to diet and eating restrictions of many times, the prices are very fair relative to what you receive, overall a great bakery.

Wife and I went here after hearing about it from a friend. Good variety of baked goods and drinks. Also a good selection of items like coffees teas and honeys. I loved my smoothie and my wife loved her vegan pumpkin cheesecake

My boyfriend has celiacs and we’ve been looking for a quality gluten free bakery that ACTUALLY tastes good. We don’t have to look further. It was our first time in this store and the owners were so informative, friendly, and mindful as they both can’t have gluten. We got the cinnamon roll, Mississippi brownie, peanut butter cup brownie, and carrot cake - ALL are amazing. We can’t wait to try everything in this store. The owners have amazing plans for their store 💜

Hillbilly Farms is a hidden gem. My wife has been going there since college and 'continues to go back because of her gluten free lifestyle and the family atmosphere. They were instrumental in our wedding, making the cupcakes and gluten free wedding topper. I'm not gluten free and I fell in love with their burgers. They do it all, and do it well.

Completely worth the 45 minute drive to get here! Totally made my birthday being able to have so many choices. I even took home some of their frozen items and they were as delicious as the fresh baked items and ice cream with waffle cone. Will definitely be back to stock up from time to time!

Love this place. Tucked away in Dade City. Gluten free items and quite a few to select from. The owner made us a cheeseburger and it was outstanding! She was a very nice lady and i have nothing but praise for her and Hillbilly Farms. If you are in or passing through check it out you will love it trust me.
