Laura Donovan helped us plan our family vacation to Punta Cana. She made it easy to select the best property and accommodations that fit our needs and budget. She also helped make sure we were set for international travel and communicated with us about possible flight delays on both ends of our trip. Michelle was my travel agent. She helped book a family vacation at Universal studios Orlando Jan 2024. I stumbled upon her via a Facebook group for Universal. She was prompt with communication and answering questions.We stayed at Lowe’s Portofino Bay and it was 10/10. We also had express passes which made it 100% worth it. We went with an 8&10 year old boys. We loved the atmosphere there and the convenience to get to the park.

Lisa Gregg was exceptional at helping us plan our first trip to Universal Studios Orlando! She helped us narrow down our options and made us feel comfortable planning a trip to suit our tastes. I was overwhelmed when trying to plan it myself with all the hotel options, pass options, add on options, etc. but with her help we didn’t miss out on a thing and had everything we needed taken care of. We had reached Favorite Grampy Travels very early in our travel planning and were reached by their agent Kathy Vrooman. Is hard to plan and make decisions for a party of 11. Kathy was hard at work when we were already in Florida and had decided to hit Universal / Islands of Adventure the day before we recontacted her. I am so grateful for her assistance, encouragement, and timely responsibility in getting all of us our tickets. Jennifer Holcomb helped us plan the vacation of our dreams! Liz was detrimental to planning our trip. I couldn't have even begun to navigate Disney planning without her. We had 3 adults and 5 children that we travelled with. Liz helped me when I thought I had no budget and she helped me even more when I told her I had about a quarter of the budget I wanted to act like I had!! She took our family size, relationship and ages all into consideration!! She told me we'd love Pop Century and I don't know if we'll ever stay anywhere else. LOVED it!!
From setting MDE up, to booking our rooms, to merging our - all the things - she was awesome. She even helped us stack rides the day we were flying in so we could make use of every minute - not to mention she was able to get our stroller dropped off early.

We worked with Michelle to plan our family's first Disney World Trip - while we have traveled a lot, WDW seemed overwhelming to navigate. Michelle really helped us understand the resorts, transportation, attractions and dining options. Diana from Favorite Grammy Travels helped to make our first Disney Cruise Line experience as easy and seamless as possible. Everything from the tips and reminders, to her taking the time to secure a hard-to-get reservation (royal gathering) , helped to keep us informed and made planning our days a breeze. We were able to make the most of our time on the ship, and make lots of family memories. I ran into so many families who were unaware of so much (themed nights, activities, fun unofficial “traditions”, etc.), and they’d always ask us how we knew, having it be our first sailing with DCL. We just stayed at Dockside Resort in Orlando and used Liz Roth to book our stay!
She was very helpful answering all questions and helping us decide the best hotel to meet our needs. When our travel dates had to shift, she easily took care of making hotel changes for us. She even went above and beyond and mailed us a park map that she had since Universal no longer gives out physical maps. Great experience overall!

Planning a Disney World trip for 12 in early 2024 seemed daunting, but Favorite Grampy Travels made it a breeze! Our incredible agent, Liz Roth, shone from the start. Knowledgeable, helpful, and bursting with enthusiasm, she took the time to understand our diverse needs and preferences, crafting the perfect package and budget for our group.

But Liz's expertise went way beyond booking basics. She patiently answered our endless questions, even linking us to a Genie+ Zoom class so we could maximize park time. She secured impossible dining reservations and even surprised us with tips on special events like After Hours, happening during our trip!

As our 13 family member, December trip to Orlando got close the panic started to set in. There are lots of folks on line that offer advice on how best to navigate Disneyworld.
