Very chill record shop that also has little doodads from other local business. They've got a whole bunch of vinyls (and CD's and cassettes), especially vintage ones. Their selection also updates frequently, so be sure to come back if you don't find what you want the first time. The associates are also very kind.

Traveled here looking for some vinyl, they have a eclectic selection of both new and my favorite used..it is all reasonably priced unlike the majority of shops that sell vinyl, tell the owner what you have an interest in and she will recommend and even spin her recommendations to give you a listen…looking forward to returning when in the area..

Great place. Very nice people and very helpful when I asked what new wave artists they had in stock when I came. Bought them out of all their Depeche Mode cassettes haha

I've only been here a couple of times, but every time it's a great experience. Amazing staff/owner, a great selection of music that is ever expanding, all around a great little music shop.

Awesome place to shop for music! There's definitely something for everyone with a mix of CDs, vinyl & cassette tapes. Great atmosphere & amazing & friendly staff. We were regulars at Village Green & are so happy to have Locked Groove here. My favorite part of the shopping experience here is the element of surprise! We generally aren't looking for anything specific & it's super fun finding that "one" artist or album you've been looking for or simply exploring for something new & unfamiliar. We will definitely be returning soon!

Great store, great prices. They are getting new releases and buying used vinyl all the time, so you need to check often (and check their instagram or Facebook feed often) to find the best vinyl.

Celeste and the team over at Locked Groove are so inviting to both experienced collectors and newcomers wanting to test the waters of physical music media. They’ve worked hard and are still working hard to make the space even more welcoming than it already is. There’s so many good vibes there, and anyone is welcome. If you don’t know what you’re looking for, the staff would gladly be willing to help either find something in your frequency range or test your boundaries if you’re looking for an audio adventure.

Locked Groove is a safe space for music listeners of any kind. It’s a space where people can come together to truly value and cherish sound waves of old and new. It’s worth a visit, or maybe several!

I found this Brick Mortar because my Marine Corp buddy lives in Muncie Indiana. Locked and Grooves owner Celeste has been curating LPs (Vinyl) for me for quite much time. She will find records such as the Jazz band Badbadnotgood. She has the canny ability to find the old standards that sound great. Her choices in music will transcend your mood and make you happy. Her selections of music are right on point, i.e., Black Puma.l, Leon Bridges, Cossawary, John Legend's latest LPs and this is the uncovered gem:

Lots of local merch to go along with a wide variety of records and CDs! And you can usually pick up a plant for your dorm when fall semester starts 🪴

Limited selection at the moment, but very comfortable and welcoming. Mix of new and used vinyls to choose from at reasonable prices.

Such a great place to find a new album too listen too. Great atmosphere, can't wait too see what it grows into.
