Delicious with a wide variety of flavors. I enjoyed a rum raisin waffle bowl and my fiancé ordered a cookie dough waffle cone. Service was prompt even though the place was slammed! Some of the best ice cream we have enjoyed in the area. We’ll be back!

I have enjoyed ice cream from CB SCOOPS for years, always have a fantastic selection and price.

Now I have a new go to for cupcakes! Yesterday I picked up my order of 24 cupcakes to bring to a bbq, and they were such a hit! I was a superstar for bringing them! Thx CB SCOOPS for providing me with the freshest, tastiest cupcakes with such a lovely and light frosting. They were absolutely delightful!

First visit here. I was so excited to see that they cater for diabetics. Black raspberry was my choice and it was amazing. I will definitely return to try the no sugar added coffee flavour. The staff are really friendly and polite young some .

Great ice cream. Great service but 5 ice creams small with 1 topping cost 28 plus 5 tip. What is this world coming too. That’s a little insane. Regardless my kids were happy and that’s a positive on a Sunday afternoon in the summer.

Plenty of great options, and the ice cream is delicious. Pricing isn’t too bad either. We go every time we’re in the neighborhood.

We drive here as opposed to going to our local place sometimes because the hours are great and the maple walnut is amazing. The servings are generous and the prices are on par for every other ice cream place. The staff is friendly even when there’s a line of people out of the door. Not a lot of
seating, but the benches outside are convenient. There’s a really nice park nearby if you want to walk with your ice cream.

This the family favorite ice cream store. The employees ate always very friendly and fast. The ice cream is some of the best I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend to others!

I came in here with my son to see if he wanted to apply to work here. Distance was unfortunately a factor for him. So we grabbed some shakes to go. Awesome selection of old favorites and some new yummy sounding ones I may have to stop to try out. The shakes were absolutely delicious and the woman who served us was very friendly and super cool to interact with. Definitely coming back!

Having only two ice cream shops in Medford to choose from, this is my favorite. The Richardson Ice cream is always fresh and flavorful with great choices of flavors. Love the hot fudge, clean old school neighborhood shop with great employees .

We love going here not JUST for the delicious ice cream, but also for the soups they make. Theyre always very good. Especially the homemade chicken tortilla soup, broccoli cheddar and others. They have such a thorough menu for all types of ice creams, toppings, slush, smoothies and coffees sandwiches and more. Plus a pastry display and a book of birthday cakes to order. It's an easy, fun place and the employees are ALWAYS so nice and helpful!!! Usually parking on street or across the street in that small lot. We're always going back!

With my cousins in town and a carbonated lemonade in hand, I walked into C.B.Scoops and went out with a chocolate-chip cookie, 3 for $1. There were beverages, candy, ice cream, and an array of mouth-watering sweets in the shop. The casheir was friendly and the cookies were great!

The staff is always friendly and the ice cream is some of the best I've ever had! They have loads of unique flavors, so it's the perfect place if you're in the mood for something different from what you find at your local grocery store.

Great ice cream and terrific staff. The selection of flavors is great. Got a birthday cake from them once and they turned it around quickly and did a great job on the personalizing. Only downside can be looking for parking!

C.B. Scoops is your family-friendly, mom and pop ice cream shop. A short distance from my house, I'll often go in the evenings for a scoop with my neighbor. The ice cream and slush are refreshing. Prices may be a little high, but worth it if you want a local experience.

Serving an array of Richardson's ice cream (local Mass cremery), this ice cream shop is everything you could want in a neighborhood spot. A wealth of delicious flavors, specialty concoctions, and no pretentious 'new-wave' fuss. Just good ice cream. I recently had the seasonal Chocolate Fudge Walnut. Would highly recommend.

The Ice cream was awesome ,creamy and lots of filli g if you order something like oreo or pecan. A small cone gets you two large scoops of ice cream a sugar cone. Do yourself a favor have them turn it over and place it in a cup. It will keep your ice cream from falling off the cone and it will not drip all over the place. It was great But take it to go very small store and not the cleanest my sneakers stuck the the floor anywhere I stepped.
Great Ice Cream. Store can use a face lift or at least lots of hot soapy water and a vigorous scrub just about everywhere.....
