Very knowledgeable about the products. If you recognize this as a CBD shop and NOT a dispensary, it’s everything you could ask for. The workers did a great job explaining the difference between their products and dispensary products. Great prices, great people.

I am not someone that participates a lot. Knowledgeable is also another work I would not use. When gong to a dispensary I always feel like it is my job to do my homework first then buy.
Here they are the teachers and I am the student. Urbane Hemp Company never claim that they are selling dispensary level products. I can also do my own simple Google search to see that the THC products are regulated in a CBD store. For me it is good. I will keep coming back.

The CBD Restore Balm provides almost immediate relief to body aches and in my joints on my hands. I will for sure keep buying this product.

Awesome shop. I bought the delta 8 cartridge to get a more relaxed and less anxious high and I love it. Bought the full spectrum cbd gummies for my mom to help her sleep and she loves them. She has gotten a full night of sleep and woke up feeling fresh everytime she's taken one. Employees are very knowledgeable on products as well. I will be back!

Good news travels slow. So I'm greatly surprised that this business is not located on the back of a turtle. I don't have the vocabulary to describe how pleased I was with my visit. The words awesome, affordable, courteous, helpful, wonderful, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and vast, only begin to describe the environment, the staff, and the selection that awaits anyone lucky enough to do business with this establishment.

I’ve literally never been to a CBD store who has staff that are so incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable about the entire world of CBD. I’ve been here at least five times now and I’ve probably gone to at least 20 or 30 CBD shops in the country but this is the only one I’ve ever written a review for because I recommend it so highly.

I love the large diversity of CBD products they offer, plus the staff is so warm and helpful, and they very clearly understand the science behind CBD and the different strains. I’m seriously blown away by how much more knowledge I gain every time I’ve been here. This shop isn’t even local for me but I commute just to be able to go because it’s by far heads above the other CBD shops in the entire Chicago area.

Excellent experience always! Helpful staff and the owner is a really good dude. Their loyalty program is an extra bonus as well.

First time visitor and I’m excited to go back. I usually get my CBD topical from the dispensary so it’s nice to have this option nearby and it’s helpful to have very knowledgeable owners like Brad. I came in presenting a problem and he found a solution! Can’t wait for their coffee line to drop.

Life changing products! I recently have been diagnosed with ADHD and I have always been suffering from pretty bad anxiety. I found that CBD helps me focus and not feel so anxious. I finally feel at peace with myself. Service here is amazing as well!! 100/10
