Jordan was so patient, helping us for (literally) multiple hours to port my number from T-Mobile. Went through all the escalation levels with both Verizon and T-Mobile. It finally worked!

Went into the store because my SIM card kept failing. The associate in the store told me that it is a known problem with the SIM on the iPhones and that I would have to switch it in and out of airplane mode to make it work and that the only way to fix the problem would be to upgrade my phone. For a second opinion I called the Verizon tech support and they fixed my phone in 20 minutes by switching it to an eSIM which the associate at the store didn’t even offer. Clearly the associates at this store will give you disinformation to try and get you to pay more money for an upgrade. I will be using Verizon online or Verizon over the phone going forward to avoid these scammers. They are much kinder and more helpful on the main Verizon phone line anyway.
