As a girl taking your car in is nerve recking but the guy yo front, (benny) was sooooo helpful and made the experience so comfortable, they’re not pushy & will give you a run down on what your car needs. Very reasonable on the price & time. 10/10 recommend. Bonus, the waiting area is so cute!!

First time going here for an oil change. Very friendly staff, also very honest staff. I usually observe and see how staff members treat their customers and all I can say is that they really make you feel welcome and also while you are waiting for your vehicle. They also had donuts 🍩 and offered everyone waiting in the waiting area. My daughter was so happy that made her morning! They even offered us seconds, but we had enough with one. Atmosphere was great!

I came here to have my oil changed and to have them check my AC that keeps going out and then coming back on whenever I hit a bump, I also wanted them to check any other damage that I might have to my car. The oil change and the AC inspection was $171.35. the oil change oil filter and oil with an environmental charge was $42.90 then $126.73 was for the inspection of my tires, AC, Horn operation, exterior lamps, turn signal, hazard lamps, wiper system, tire inflation, tire rotation, and brakes. The quote that I got for changing out my whole AC, the blower motor and the blower motor resistor front was $439.87 the quote I got on my brakes for hybrid pad disc set brake rotor, new caliper, left rear brake fluid, rear stud and wheel nut and an environmental charge came out to $907.79 the last estimate was for the right front CV axle assembly an axle shaft assembly to remove and replace an environmental charge came out to $351.03. The gentleman that was helping me at the front desk Bennie Sapien was very friendly and explained everything clearly. I love how everything is clean and inviting. I think this place is a tad bit high in pricing.. But it seems like they'll do a excellent job because they know what they're doing! I did have to make a appt. They are booked daily. I booked my vehicle a week ago. They have a beautiful lobby with coffee while you wait, a restroom, a sitting area and a bowlful of candy for you. Very professional and all in uniforms that say Super shop. I will be back when I get paid for each thing that is fixed except the brakes.. a friend will help me do that to reduce the cost. Overall wonderful experience at this shop. Also they were not pushy at all to fix the other things right away they let me decide and Thanked me with a smile.

Great overall service, quick response back with diagnostics and estimate. Not to mention, they have fixed issues when other places “could not find anything wrong.” Thank you Super Shop.

I called in for an estimate and immediately got back to me. Prices were so nice customer service over the phone was very clear. Very precise. Very well mannered. Viewed the store later. It was Very clean. Everybody was very helpful.

Called and had them put on my new headlights, got a call to ask a question and before I knew it they were done. Bennie is always straightforward and honest!!!

My daughter's car's engine light came on, and we needed to have it checked out before she heads out on an 800 mile road trip to get back to college after the holidays. They were super booked up (seems the secret is out that they are a great place to take cars for repair), but they squeezed us in anyway. They went above and beyond. They checked out the problem, fixed it, and did a great job explaining what to watch for in the future and how to take care of it. We are really impressed and grateful that they were able to verify the car is safe to drive a long distance. We will definitely go back to Super Shop next time we need help with our cars.

I went to Toyota 1 time, and don't think I'll do it again. People at Super Shop are really nice, and overall just a really good experience with oil changes taking anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour max (in my experience). Good prices while respecting my time!

All I can say is that The Super Shop was forthright about finding issues and fair on price. Benny was with me through the end of the problem. Transmission was serviced and also fixed an electrical issue. Time frame was reasonable. The driver Brett picked me up, nice young man by the way.

They did an amazing work on my car. Replacing the lifter and rocker arms and so much more. Well priced and excellent communication.

I'm fairly new to the area and for me it's hard to find people to trust with my vehicle. Luckily I found this team of workers who not only take pride in their workmanship, but also treat each customer with professional care & courtesy. They take time to listen and explain the work my car will need or not need.

Our Costco car battery died while it was still under warranty. Unable to switch it out ourselves, we turned to Super Shop. The staff was warm, welcoming, attentive, and they worked hard to help us out. With little notice, they removed our dead battery and even gave us a ride to Costco to switch it out for a new one. After we arrived back with the new battery, Super Shop staff had it installed in just a few minutes. As we tried to pay, the owner informed us that they waived the installation fee for the battery.

Our experience at Super Shop was overwhelmingly positive. It is an honest, reasonably priced, and welcoming auto service center. They do amazing work and on top of that, the shop itself was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. I was recommend this jewel of an auto repair shop. I am very pleased with the auto and customer service that I received here. Everyone here was super friendly and the issue with my brakes was resolved efficiently. It's been a few days since I had them replaced, and no complaints! I was also happy with the price that I was charged. I will return for more service and I plan to make this my new auto shop.

Just got my 2011 Duramax back from them went in for a blown head gasket was in contact with Benny throughout the repair . Absolutely happy with the work they did, highly recommend this place for automotive repairs

Took my vehicle there and was not surprised to find out I needed a whole new engine, instead of taking advantage of me like other shops, I was told that it really wasn't Worth the 7000 it would have costed me to repair and then they didn't charge me a dime. It's refreshing to find a clean, organized, friendly and honest repair shop. I would recommend Super Shop to everyone and am now a loyal customer, great Service. I'd have given them a 10 rating if i could, because they deserve it.

These guy's are awsome!! As we were traveling home from Auburn, our car started to overheat, which has never happened before since it is a 2015. We encountered this Super Shop! What a blessing without hesitation they help us, quickly identifying what the issue was at hand, and immediately temporarily fixed the issue so we could get home safely. You would definitely be in great hands to take your vehicle to have service there. These guy's have great customer service, the knowledge to make the job right, and the patience to describe all details to two random women who stopped on the fly! Thank you guy's so much! We only wish in were in Fresno.
