Just like it says, "No appointment needed", it's a quick, and friendly place to go for an oil change.
They tell you of any repairs or parts your car or truck might need. They even show you were the problem is, for instance if their is a leak, they pin point at it. They don't pressure you to decide to make any repairs that same day.
Above all,, They are courteous and friendly 🙂

I got my oil changed on valentines day it was fast service accurate efficient and affordable friendly techs there was coffee there and they do an all around check on your car didn't know they did that and they suggested some items I may need I will definitely be returning back to this place and I highly recommend 😊 😀 keep up the good work guys awesome job

Went in for an oil change - the team was super efficient and professional. In about 5 minutes they identified my A/C filter; air filter; and wiper blades as all needing replacing which was 100% accurate. I knew about all those items and had been procrastinating. The prices were reasonable - great experience.

on a road trip and was driving through when my oil light came on, even though I recently just got an oil change. turns out I had a cracked something heh and was leaking oil. they changed my oil and fixed and upgraded whatever it was from plastic to metal and got me back on the road in under 15mins. great service.

This place have the most polite gentlemen. I've never been here and Michael was nice enough to explain what I needed to do and the social distancing procedures. He explained everything that would be fine to my vehicle for a oil change. I waited outside on the chairs provided.. Not to snazzy but what do you expect from a place that changes oil lol. At least they provided outside seating. Sergio called me in to go over the pricing and he was very thorough and explaining that my car is high mileage and that it needed fluids and he also let me know what fluids I did not need and they were honest about the parts I didn't need to have replaced. My total was about $92.00 but wanted my coolent topped off and I went for a couple extra on top of the high mileage I chose around $65.00. The inside was very clean and organized. Very polite men! It was a pleasure coming here and I will definitely come again! I'm glad Midas said they couldn't do my oil change. Eventhough there was no one there! Funny that jiffy lube is right next door.

Not only did they change my oil.But they alerted me to other problems that I need to get to repair like a bad tire ended app replacing all 5 of them because they've been setting a long time.So they were made my motor home.A safe for home to drive

I was traveling through the area and needed an oil change. They were very professional and kind and got me in and out within 20 minutes. I’d definitely recommend getting your car serviced at this location.

I recently had an issue with my air conditioning and the timing could not have been worse with the heat. I had originally thought that I would only need an AC system recharge. I took it in and they were able to tell me that the actual problem was with my AC compressor. I have a three month old and was stressing out about getting everything taken care of before a long drive for the holiday. The gentlemen at this location were able to order my parts quickly and worked extra hard to make sure that my little girl would be safe on our trip. I cannot say enough about the honesty and compassion that I experienced while waiting for my car to be taken care of. Having car problems is always so stressful because I just don't know or understand anything about cars. They took the time to explain what was wrong so that I could have a better understanding. They definitely helped put me at ease and were very kind to my baby and me while we waited. I am very thankful for the entire team! A special thank you to SERGIO, JONATHAN, and MICHAEL for all of the work, you guys were awesome. They get busy, head in early!

I was very impressed with the service. David Her was friendly and very knowledgeable about the make of my vehicle. They didn't have the parts available at the time to change my oil and air filters, but quickly ordered them and had them within 15 minutes. I am very impressed with the service.

I've been using jiffy lube for the last 8 to 7 years mostly in San Jose but I've recently moved to Merced 2 years ago and the service at this particular store is outstanding, very thorough and what they do, even cleaned up my floor mat and wash my front window, great company for car care.

I worked there myself. The manager is keen on getting the job done right, clean, and fast. No corners cut, and if a worker were to skip steps, he'd have a quick talk with us and tell us what would happen if said so step would be skipped. I trust the workers and the manager to work on my truck and car.
