Kenneth Mccray gets 20 stars. This guy deserves a promotion for his great customer service and hard work! I arrived at the store location at 9am and noticed he was outside standing in front of the store. That's a plus the first employee to arrive to work before time. When the store open I was looking for certain item and he stopped what he was doing to help me after noticing only one item was on the shelf, he checked storage and found one more, after he checked other store locations going above and beyond to help me. I checked out and went back to the office to notice I purchased the wrong item and needed the toner also! I took a picture with my phone of the toner I needed and went back to Office Depot. I brought the drum for the printer along with me but noticed I left my phone. The manager on duty stated she knows nothing about printers and couldn't help me figure out what toner I needed for the drum. This lady seen at this point I was aggravated at myself for leaving my phone behind rushing and still didn't even try to google it she just said I don't know I can't help you so I took it upon myself to go back to the aisle and see if i can find a match when Kenneth Mccray walked up noticing I came in an hour ago and said are you ok? Do you need help? I told him what I did, what I needed, and he said oh that's easy and I was able to make it back to my store to open on time! Thanks, Kenneth you are the best at what you do, and I hope it doesn't go unnoticed and the general manager Mr. Robbie see he has an employee ready to be manager because the manager on duty was rude and not a people's person at all. From the time I walked to her and asked are you open she stated this is a computer not a cash register making me feel very dumb in front of other customers. Kenneth just keep being you and great at what you do because it matters to the customers how they are treated.

I love to look around in Office Depot, just for fun. I like to get ideas for school and check out electronics. The folks at this location were nice. I came in with my mother and they were very patient with her.

The store was clean, well stocked and the prices were fair. The employee that helped me was kind, considered to be very helpful and professional. Keep up the good work. I have been coming to this office depot for 11 years. Angela also has been great.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Wait was not long. Was able to print everything I need at self service printer.

I was very pleased...th workers are very helpful, they can only help one person at a time..the ok only thing that could make a di6 you never know what day that crowd might be the customer service department were all the printing and all the other big stuff...they really need to keep at less 2workers at all times..other than than that the store is well needed.

Store was clean, The staff was great. As a single mom having someone take time to just help you find what you need is more than enough.

Awesome experience at this location! Angela who's in printing has an impeccable work ethic! She has patience and in my opinion, is an expert at doing her job. She provided quality service. I was impressed by her knowledge of resizing a difficult file to be printed as a banner. It would have taken me hours to do that. I appreciated her assistance. Sadly, It's not often you find this type of service these days. I hope Office Depot knows what they have in Angela. A star employee!! Keep up the good work and thank for all of your help.

This visit was very easy. I knew exactly what I was getting and the associate was happy to assist. He quickly retrieved the merchandise for me. The transaction was quick and accurate.

I came to the store for an order and fumbled it lol….The manager was (Danielle) patient and helped me with no issues!

Appreciate being recognize that I needed assistance while in the store. As l waited in line someone else came to assist at the counter to help give faster service for people in line...how awesome to see the teamwork reach customer satisfaction.

One of my favorite stores. The staff was helpful and the prices are great. The store was clean, organized differently than the store that I am used to, but that was not a problem.

Placed an online order for printing of about 140 flyers that were needed for a conference. Angela assisted with me getting the printing job well before it was supposed to be due, saving me from not having flyers needed for a conference that morning!

This is location is my favorite store!! The customer service associates are helpful all the time. I give them 5 STARS because they deserve it!!!

I should have gone to Office z depot first for my printer needs. They were fast and efficient and I will certainly go them first in the future.

I used self service and had problems with the copier and an associate help me till we got things perfect that’s what I call EXCELLENT service.
