Build-A-Bear Workshop

It's always nice to come to this Build-A-Bear given there isn't another closer sadly. I'm happy they've made it through the pandemic and are still thriving to this day. There's less staff so it's a little slow at times, but that's not a fault of the staff more so the company. The store is often clean and organized and the early mornings they do for people who get overwhelmed with a lot of noise is so amazing for people who want a quiet calm experience. There's still magic there even as an adult and despite all of that they treat you with respect, no matter how old!

I would happily drive hours away just to come back to this one store in the mall any day.

Miranda was absolutely amazing. Super helpful in picking out our bears and very kind and sweet when stuffing our bears. Working with Miranda brightened my day.

Brought my kids here for the first time and they loved it. The staff was very friendly and there were many different options and price ranges. I never thought my kids would like this, but they love their creations.

I won't lie, I avoid walking past with my kids. I'm on bear #2 ... they love it, my pockets don't, lol. A must for your kids! Have fun!

My daughter and I go every year for her birthday. We try to get there early because it can get really busy.

Grandson wanted stuffed animals for his birthday so that's what he got. Staff was very pleasant.

Rain and Meisha are super great, super patient, very welcoming and helpful. My child just turned 1. It was our first time coming to build-a-bear and our experience turned out to be awesome. Would highly recommend coming to this location when this A team is there!!!! Thank you Rain and Meisha. I can’t thank you you two enough.

This experience was great! The lady at the stuffer was super patient and treated each child as an individual. Her skills were amazing!

Lisa was amazing! It was very busy but she never made the stuffing process feel rushed or any less magical. My kids loved it! She made it a very memorable experience.

I am an adult who grew up watching the original, animated Lion King. When I saw that Build-A-Bear came out with a Lion King line for the new remake, I knew I HAD to have one--either the adult Simba or the Pumbaa! The lovely employees that helped me (Tuesday 7-9-19) were an absolute joy to deal with and did not judge me at all! :) LOL.

My 3yr old and I had our first experience here. As soon as we walked in, we were approached by friendly staff who thoroughly explained the process so I wasn't lost. Bridgett (staff member) was so sweet and involved my son in every aspect of building his first friend. We had a great time and will definitely return.

My daughter made a bear for her baby boy with her heartbeat. 💙

Friendly staff, variety of stuffies to choose from, process did not take long, etc. The stuffies and the accessories can be expensive so I suggest bringing at least $50-60.

They're all so nice! Get a scent for your bear, you won't regret it, I got peppermint :)

Quick and easy and simple process. People are chill and helpful
